The restaurant has a great location and stunning views. The vibe is comfortable & over all the building is clean & well maintained. Definitely a great bar to sit and mingle or enjoy the game. Every staff member was friendly & welcoming.
We would be happy to return & enjoy the bar with friends. The restaurant however was not our favorite in Ridgway. Ordering is confusing as it’s basically self serve from a food truck kitchen ? Walk up & order at the bar , get your own condiments & beverages. As a larger group this style of service isn’t helpful. Leaving the group to refill drinks ,add food or alcohol to the table is frustrating. Especially if you are a family with kids or on a date or in a buisness meeting. Leaving the tab open with table service we typically keep the liquor ,appetizers or desserts flowing & tip our servers well. Our food was ok – typical burgers, fries & wings with some salad options & cheesecake. We ordered burgers, chicken salad & pulled pork – all were fine but seemed very pricey – 25.00 for a burger?
I definitely enjoyed the decor in this restaurant & having the bar & hotel wrapped up in one is definitely a plus .

Stayed the holiday weekend at the Mountain Lodge and went into the Million Roadhouse. I had the flat iron steak with truffle fries and it was outstanding. My wife had the burger special – blackberry & cream cheese, bacon & jalapeño. I know it sounds crazy but it was amazing! Juicy, savory with a very mild sweet with a kick. $3 pints of Laugerado (sp?)
The staff was great, and I guess all new management and a great new chef. I recommend a try.

I live in Ridgway as a local. They had a great staff this January-April. Professional, great service.
The summer staff are awful. Dirty plates on the bar, not really serving anyone, the employees spend more time talking behind the bar then serving anyone, not sure if the shift manager is the lady with all the tattoos but it seems like every time I’m in the million and she is sitting at the bar it’s usually a sign that the service will be terrible.
Don’t think she really gives a damn.
To top it all off they ended up charging my bill to someone else.
Not sure who ownership is but I hope they find out they are paying for employees that are loosing them money.
I don’t care if I am 86ed from the million. I will not be back until management has changed.

Bad experience from the get-go. Went to order our meals and they were out of one meal so I asked if they were out of anything else. Instead of going and checking with the kitchen to get an answer, I was told that they can’t go through the whole menu and figure it out. The man taking our order happened to be the manager as well, and in no way was working to accommodate us in ordering something they actually had
In spite of their only being three other tables in the place, we still waited 30 minutes for our food, which arrived cold, the soup was more like a small serving of pulled pork with seasoning, the sweet potatoe Fries were hard and cold, the burger was cold and the $18 to do it yourself guacamole was literally one avocado thrown in a bowl with a quarter of a cup of pico and a large handful of chips that would’ve caused five dollars organically at a store. Very disappointing
The only reason I’m giving this is because the manager comped the meals and we would never go again nor do we think this place is worth recommending.

Amazing all around. We had the special catfish po boy and the black berry burger with smoked Mac and cheese and coleslaw. The food was great, views were beautiful, and cozy atmosphere. 10/10 recommend!

This place used to be so cool, they had good drinks, great food & awesome costumer service. Closed 2 days a week and open 4-10? Ridiculous hours !!!! As a local we used to love this place and no longer go there bc they are barely open… and the drinks suck especially the Moscow mule! We miss the shift burger

So I see that everyone is praising the food. Honestly, to me, I don’t think they should charge these prices for such lack luster food. Let me start with great staff who are super friendly. As far as price and customer satisfaction, I’ve seen McDonald’s try harder to accommodate. I asked for some latex gloves with my wings since I don’t like stuff on my fingers. The manager straight said not to customers. Like, huh? But it’s cool. My honest opinion is they should charge around the ballpark of cheap, chain, sit down, and generic restaurants. That’s the level of quality of food. Wings (6) were mid, about a 6/10, and my fiance got fries that came with sauce, mushrooms, etc. (6/10). Just to put things into perspective. I asked if the wings came with fries, and they didn’t. I asked how much for some, and they were SEVEN DOLLARS, like, huh? I tasted my fiance’s food, and they were way over seasoned to the point where they burned your tongue with salt. So yeah, not the level of quality if you are going to charge these crazy prices. Lastly, gotta say that there were a lot of flies EVERYWHERE in the restaurant. Simple traps at the entrance could solve that, but it was an uphill battle to keep the flies off my food. Overall, I think this restaurant is targeted towards rich tourists who don’t care about dumping money. Gotta say felt like it was a lowkey ripoff, but who knows? They could improve.

OMG, what happened to this restaurant? The reason the reviews were good is because this is NOT THE SAME RESTAURANT as 6 months ago. I came last fall for opening week, and through the spring and summer. Now back for December and the entire place is different. AWFUL menu and even that is poorly executed. “Green chile queso” is literally velveeta and rotelle with Pace salsa. Look at my Dad’s “salmon chopped salad” LOL have you ever seen more pepitas in your life? And notice anything missing? Yeah, the salmon. There were like 4 people in there whereas it was packed the last several times I was in. What the heck happened???
It is like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares where to “improve profit” they go with generic food and pre-bought (cheap) ingredients.
