OK let’s start off by saying don’t believe everything you hear.. This spot was a disappointment. All the tables were dirty. Also the flies….. omg so many flies. Someone needs to call the health department. The sandwich wasn’t worth the price… I’m willing to pay for good food but never again coming here. We wanted to dine-in but couldn’t because no tables were clean.

My mom and I got the Bobbie cold and the cheesesteak sandwiches. You can’t go wrong and capriottis is usually good. Currently you shouldn’t order the fries when they’re busy. It’ll slow you order down a lot. Our sandwiches were ready 15 min before our fries. The fries were good though. Also my mom’s Bobbie had several turkey bones in it. Service was rushed to put in your order and older ( not out of/in high school age) lady was doing good at keeping the younger girls calm. And I believe a guy who was the manager(because he was wearing a different colored shirt) did really well at pointing out orders that had exclusions or extras on it for the employees that missed it. This was mid March about 2 weeks ago. Everything thing was clean and I understand it’s a new store but until they figure it out steer clear of the Bobby and the fries for now

We ordered an Italian, all I could taste was black pepper. The capastrami had far to much mayo in the cole slaw, and again that’s all you can taste. The Bobbie again was covered in mayo, and the stuffing was very very salty. Yuk!!
The brownie cookie was the only thing we liked.
This was a business lunch, and we agree this food was the worst! I would never recommend this Capriottis!

Stopped in for a “mini” sandwich before my 3pm meeting. I ordered at 1:57 I got my mini sandwich at 2:48! Almost all tables were full with no food. All to go orders were backed up at the counter.
I’m obviously late for my biz meeting.
This is the 3rd time I’ve been here. It’s always busy and chaotic.

Great food, increased meats so now they are perfect. Always complete orders with accurate additions and omissions per our request. Cheesesteaks are as close as you can get to the east coast…and I’m from Philly.

I have been to this location 3 times now since they opened and each time waited a ridiculous amount a time for our order. Today I placed an order online in hope that the order would be ready by the time they said, got there and still had to wait 25 minutes for my order. Really disappointed. Love the sandwiches but customer service needs lots of improvement.

Ordered for pick-up on Grubhub. Sandwich was ready on-time and delicious. The staff was super friendly (especially the cashier) and accommodating when I asked for a side of peppers for my sub. I’m happy to have a Caps in Spanish Springs and will be back again soon for a Cheesesteak!

I am super disappointed!!! I have waited years for Capriotti to get a club sandwich and to be totally honest with you. I’m super disappointed. They didn’t put any bacon on my sandwich which at the end of the day might seem like a small complaint but what is a club sandwich without bacon it’s a freaking Beef and turkey sandwich. Kind of weird. I literally waited in line for 20 mins that was just to order. Waiting patiently Waiting patiently another ten minutes. I got the American club. I also got some cheesesteak fries that were legit. I still can believe I waited a total of 30 mins and they couldn’t get my sandwich right. I even tipped. This Caps does not ring a bell or show gratitude for the tips like other locations. If you want really good fries and the chance they can’t make your Sandi right this capriottis. There were multiple gentleman cooking playing grab ass and playing! Bro just put the bacon on the club. Jersey Mikes never forgets there bacon.

If you could give zero stars I would. This location is absolutely terrible. We’ve placed online orders here twice and have waited 30-60+ minutes both times to get our food, neither time were they even remotely busy when we arrived. When we asked where our food was it was like we hadn’t even placed an order. You’d think that would prompt a response to make the food and get it out quickly but, no, they went about their day like nothing happened while we sat, and waited, and watched everyone else get their food. How this level of service is deemed acceptable is beyond me. Never again will I come here, or any Capriotti’s location most likely.

Food is always good but service is extremely slow. Order ahead on the app and expect 30 min at least for a sandwich. I keep coming back because there’s no good sandwich spots out in Sparks. Every time it’s a long wait. Big opportunity for a new sandwich spot out here.
