We ordered the mushroom ragout($26) and the noodles were all clumpy and stuck together in a mass. About half of them were stuck together. The noodles were so dry with barely a lick of sauce. My husband ordered the cassoulet($34). The beans had good flavor, but he bit into the duck leg confit and it was cold. We asked them to take our food back. We didn’t order anything to replace it as we didn’t want to waste more food. Our children both had chicken tenders. They were the best thing we were served and $10 per kid.

For our mains, we had the lamb chops and pork chop, and both were very good. The lamb chops were seasoned well (they had a pistachio crust), and were cooked just as ordered (medium rare). The pork chop was also well seasoned and very tender. The blueberry sauce was an unlikely but amazing complement to the pork chop.

What a great place! The service was outstanding and the place looks like new. The food was fantastic! We are staying at the resort and look forward to trying some other menu items. The food prices are a little high, but we’ll worth it. The drinks, for a resort, I thought were cheap! Elevated food, almost gastro pub like. The French onion was crazy good.

Service was not good. Took 45 mins to get our first drink and almost 3 hours total for dinner. Very little attention was paid to our table as we waited with empty glasses as we waited over 2 hours for our meal. Ordered filet medium rare and was served still mooing. Also ordered mushroom pasta and noodles were all stuck together in a big clump. For the price we did not get what we paid for.

Walleye arrived cold, risotto wasn’t cooked properly. Overall for the price I wasn’t impressed. The building and atmosphere is really nice, but it would be more for drinks and not a meal if I went back.
