This was our first time eating at the Melting Pot (after wanting to visit since we were broke college kids in 2010) and our experience was great! I made a reservation for 6:45 on a Saturday and we were seated within 10 minutes. We ordered the Land and Sea and the Pacific Rim and everything was delicious, but the highlight of the night was the s’mores dessert fondue!! Emma was our server and she did a phenomenal job of explaining the menu, giving us recommendations, and frequently checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. She was very friendly and made our first visit top notch! We’ll definitely be back!

The staff were just as good as the food. The prices are a little high but well worth it. I would recommend anyone in a group more than 3 or 4 make a reservation. The dining room was well packed when we arrived however, we had reservations so that was no issue at all. The staff will walk you through the menu, so if you’re new or hesitant, they can help you and make recommendations for your dining experience.

You get a little bit of everything when dining here. The service was amazing, the food was great, they used choice cuts of meat, and the vegetables were fresh. We had a small problem towards the end of our meal, but it was quickly and professionally resolved.

Went for our seven year anniversary. Austin was our server. He had stated it was only his second shift at the establishment. He knew the menu very well and gave great recommendations for first timers. Good atmosphere and great service!

Tori (Victoria) was efficient and knowledgeable from start to finish. We told her that our experience the first time we came was not good due to the 2 hour wait with no service. She not only served our drinks but also had our fondu ready and placed on the table within 15 minutes. She explained how the menu and timer worked thoroughly. She checked on our table in a timely manner many times. She continued to ask us for upgrades/ add on’s/ additions to our order making sure we were very satisfied and pleased. We were very excited to have her as our waitress. Her personality was professional and friendly! We had an excellent time!
