What a disappointment from the new owners. Not one vegetarian option on the menu? (Besides a mixed greens salad). We miss the old menu. The food was terrible. So bland and over-priced. I don’t mind spending $28 on chicken, but the Island chicken dish was dry and tasteless. Also — the Mac and cheese on the kids menu is $9. Mac and cheese side dish is $7. Waiter admitted there is NO difference. Way to up-charge families with kids. Thumbs down. PS. Please get a new playlist. The soft yacht rock completely kills the cool vibe this place used to have. Two stars for the view.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Had a 630 pm reservation on fathers day. Waited almost two hours with barely anyone there before they told us it would still take 20 minutes because they had low staff. We understand staffing issues but a heads up earlier on and the fact people who arrived after us were served first negates that excuse. Then we’re told “oh they only ordered burgers.” So apparently we didn’t order what they were prepared to make. Never again.

Would definitely not return! The lobster roll I ordered was horrible. Served on hot dog roll, no recognizable lobster meat only slivers from legs and membrane. The new owner and chef should purchase a lobster roll from Point Lobster Co. and see what a lobster roll should be. Same price $22. from both places. I could say more but viewers would get tired reading. Not worth it! So many better places to eat!!!

Absolutely terrible. Food was good but service was awful. Took over 1 hour to get our food, was told that they are still working on the tickets issues bc a larger party was given priority over our ticket even when we came in first. Several smaller tables for their food before us and when it did come out it was cold.

Great place with a lively atmosphere. They have live music and a bar. When I was there, they even have karaoke session. Ordered the Clams & Mussels Fra Diavolo which is clam and mussels pasta in a spicy sauce. Taste really good. The place seems to be frequented by locals in and around the area.

Went for a quick lunch on Labor Day weekend, was sat right away and server was very pleasant. Food came out fast and was good. Nice scenic place to have lunch on the water.

Honestly, I was a little torn between a 3 star review and a 4 star review. My family, friends, and I have been here several times. The first time the service was okay and our food was good but they forgot the the Avocado on my taco. But, each time we go the service is better (very friendly) and the food is more consistent. My son complained his coconut shrimp was a little greasy one of the times we went. The food, the service, and the atmosphere is why I settled on a 4 star review. The menu is definitely improving and expanding each time we go as well. I just wish they would explain the drinks on their menu instead of being a little vague. Haven’t found a drink yet, that I’m totally in love with. Some even taste watered down. We will continue to go back because things are definitely better and continuing to be! Plus, the kids and I love the big Jenga!!

We went for an early dinner. It was ok. The chips (which were outrageously priced for a handful of chips) were stale and came with a small container each of what tasted like jarred guacamole and salsa. My burger was cooked perfectly at medium rare and was good – but not $19 for a burger and fries good. The coleslaw and pickle looked like they had been sitting around for a while. My husband ordered the beef tacos without onions and it came with onions server said he would fix it and bring new tacos then came back 5-10 minutes later and said the beef was already mixed w the onion- by that point we were ready for the check so my husband didn’t even eat. My kids had a fruit platter (which was good but also expensive for what we got) and split a grilled cheese which was edible but mediocre and again overpriced. The views and atmosphere were nice but you can get that at a lot places living here and I don’t mind paying for really good food but we ended up paying $107.00 (w/ tip) for some stale chips, a burger, two cocktails, fruit and a mediocre grilled cheese. I had high hopes for this local place but overall disappointed. On the plus side, the staff was friendly but obviously not well trained.
