Stopped in on Sat, 8/12 to get a half dozen cinnamon raisin bagels. Was so looking forward to them only to be thoroughly diaappointed. When I opened the bag this morning I found thin flat and heavy bagels. Apparently someone isn’t.trained properly on cooking the product. But for $8 a half dozen this was robbery. The birds will enjoy them I am sure. But I won’t be going back to this store anytime soon. May try Manlius to see if they are better.

Great bagels and you can’t beat the price for a dozen with cream cheese. But they must be having some staffing problems because there was only 2 people working and a line out the door. They were very nice and friendly but I just felt bad for them.

Hands down the best place to get bagels in Upstate NY. And make no mistake about it, the cream cheese flavors are worlds above even the best name brand ones you can get at the grocery store. I love to get enough to share with coworkers in the morning because it gives me an excuse to get multiple different flavors of bagels and cream cheeses.

Entire order was wrong. They did not care when we called. Someone has diverticulitis and can’t eat seeds and we ordered wheat and hashbrown cheese bagels.
