The Luv Shak also sells their wonderful chewy bagels out of white van in Hernando on Saturday mornings 930-11. If they sold them further north, they could claim Best Bagels of Memphis. Truly delicious chewiness yet still pillowy somehow. Get a baker’s dozen and freeze any left.

Hidden gem in Oxford for bagels (Sunday only) but be prepared to WAIT. Line can take over half an hour but worth the wait. Also, check out the working jukebox on the wall and play a couple of songs while you wait.

Very interesting place and food. Only one menu item each day of the week. Had the meatballs, spaghetti and bread. Bread was Al’s homemade and very good. Meatballs were tender and good. Marinara sauce was a bit sweet for my taste but well prepared. Owner was filing and interesting to talk to. Saturdays are different but no experience with them. Apparently bagels and other baked goods. I’d certainly blteturn to try the other days.

First time customer and I will most definitely be returning. I had the Chicken Parmesan, and it was literally the best chicken parm I’ve ever had! The sauce was perfect. Also, the orange cream soda !!!
