Awesome place to catch brunch with friends and family. It took awhile for the food to come in so we had plenty of time catching up. The drinks and appetizers were served quickly. The restaurant is pretty packed, but there are plenty of seatings. Our waitress and food were fantastic.

We’ve been wanting to try this cafe for a while. Had a terrific lunch. The server recommended corned beef, which they make themselves. The Reuben sandwich was delicious, with tender corned beef on toasty rye. One of our party had chicken wild rice soup with a BLT avocado sandwich. She said both were delicious. Will definitely come back here to try the burgers which we hear are also quite good. Happy to have found this spot with loads of good diner selections.

We went to brunch on a Sunday and had a great meal. The staff was very friendly and they had a constant stream of customers without being packed. The custom skillet was yummy. They did awesome ‘over easy’ eggs, not too hard or soft.

The Lowry Cafe is my favorite place to get breakfast/brunch. The skillets, omelettes, yogurt and granola parfaits, waffles… everything is made with care and tastes delicious! They use fresh ingredients and the food is excellent. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff who are friendly, attentive and kind. I also love the cinnamon latte, perfect for these cold winter days. The Lowry Cafe is a great community spot to gather and enjoy good food. We are lucky to have it!

It’s a very light, airy space with huge windows and plentiful seating. Service was pretty quick overall. I ordered the Waffle Burger and my initial enthusiasm for the novelty was very slightly dampened by how soggy the bottom was. Having said that, the burger was prepared well and it tastes pretty dang good on a waffle! My partner ordered the steak and eggs, and I believe it was the largest cut of steak I’ve ever seen with breakfast! I feel this is a really quality neighborhood establishment, and I’m definitely eating here again.

I chose this place to have a safe day with myself. I called before coming to ask a question about grits and shrimp. It sound promising, but once I got there and received my food, the grits were overcooked and my shrimp look like they have been cooked on a dirty grill meaning burnt this is not my first time eating there. It’s actually my third time but yesterday it was just off. I did not enjoy my birthday breakfast at all.

Overall, the service was not bad. We seated ourselves and after a few minutes our waiter came over…he brought our menus to the wrong table…he finally found us and apologized as he had a long night.
