My flight from MDW was cancelled so I had to spend an extra day at a nearby hotel. I used DoorDash to grab some lunch and knew I wanted to have Chicago dogs. I knew nothing about restaurants in the area and picked Mickey’s because they had some really great deals going on. I was able to try a bunch of items and they were all delicious. I lucked out when ordering lunch thru DoorDash today.
I can’t speak to the atmosphere or service as I wasn’t there in person. I love the history of this place too. Definitely will be back next time I fly out of MDW.

Great Chicago dog. The workers are very friendly. I have been there for both DoorDash and to buy food for myself And they always give excellent service. If the owner sees this, please make sure to reward the guys you have working on weeknights. They’re hustling and doing a great job!

The food was yummy and the people who work there (owners) were so nice and friendly… they greeted us when we came in and they were sooooo nice and sweet. The food was yummy and reasonably priced.. kinda reminds you of the back in the day prices…AFFORDABLE! The restaurant was extremely clean and did i mention how nice they are… I’ll definitely be back soon.

This review is LONG overdue! I LOVE Mickey’s so much for many reasons. The food is DELISH, the service is exceptional, the restaurant is clean and inviting, but that’s not all!! The owner and his staff are just wonderful people who work tirelessly to ensure their customers are happy and truly treat everyone with appreciation. It’s obvious they value their customers. . I highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already. You won’t be sorry..only sorry you waited so long!

I have nothing bad to say he looked out and made sure I had all beef hotdogs its just my realization this state in general doesn’t understand a good hotdogs a Chicago dog had to be created by someone white pickles goes nowhere near a real hot dog! North Carolina hands down make the best hotdogs chili coleslaw onions u will never go wrong / and then u have your sonorin hot dog in Tucson az / Mexico absolutely the 2 best hotdogs in the country and its not even close .. now this double mickey cheeseburger was absolutely delicious it wasn’t even all that big it was apparently just right absolutely delicious cheeseburger I would come back just for the cheeseburger thank you

Wonderful local spot! We had gyros and they were STUFFED with meat. So delicious! The service was quick and the workers friendly. NOTE: CASH ONLY. This is an excellent option for true hot dogs, gyros, and many other options.
