Easily the best burger I’ve had in the area. I got the “Pujouls” (1/2 lb. burger between two grilled cheese sandwiches), added another patty, and told the Col to load it up however he likes. It was fantastic! I enjoyed the atmosphere – cheeky & delightful! Reasonably priced as well, for a good quality burger, fries, and a drink.

First time here, food was awesome…I had to get the Pulhouls (a 1/2lb cheeseburger between two grilled cheese sandwiches) after seeing a photo from another reviewer, and the tater tots. Everything was perfectly cooked, the grilled cheese sandwich could stand on it’s own any day with a nice tomato bisque/soup, and the tots were not the freezer section variety, they were potato pillows covered with a nice crispy exterior. The Col and the lady running the place were fun and helpful. Some people apparently get offended by the personal messaging which is kind of self-centered; I don’t care, it’s **his** place, he can express himself as he sees fit, and no one forced me to stay!!! I will say it’s a little dirtier than I would expect from even a dive restaurant but I will definitely return to try some other things!!

I had the Ruben sandwich which was ok. The frys were really good as well as my husband’s chili cheese burger. The service was really good and so was the music. They were very friendly and I would recommend this place.

I genuinely don’t understand the positive reviews for this place. We went in the summer and it was absolutely sweltering inside. The place is filthy and cluttered. The food was fine (not the coffee) but greasy and served on paper and Styrofoam – do they not have a dishwasher? Who uses that many single use items in 2025? The woman who worked there was super friendly and kind and offered my kids the broken crayons and used coloring books they have for kids. But the man, who I assume is the owner, made us so uncomfortable. Maybe some find him funny but he felt so inappropriate to us. Wouldn’t stop pushing my son and husband’s heads around and made weird “princess” comments to me and my girls (my son was “chief). I’ve never been touched so much by someone at a restaurant. 0/5, do not recommend.

I leave this 1 star review, not to be mean, but to help the owners make better decisions. Our family found it to be on the dirty side with very cluttered and outdated atmospheric elements. The food was not good and the health standards were extremely questionable. We will not be going back there again, but it would be great to see the owners take a stand and making it a more clean, inviting, and updated environment.

My family and I love going to this place for breakfast. The old man is hilarious and I always burn a few calories laughing so much while I am here. While he is funny, he also seems extremely sincere and thankful. Not to mention, the food is really good and feels like home cooking. I highly recommend!

We went to the Col. Mustard’s food truck last night for New Year’s Eve and were sold Raw cheeseburgers… Very lightly cooked, and extremely raw.
The French fries and tots were great but the burgers were so raw that we got sick after the second bite.

We went for breakfast and it was delicious and well priced. I’m usually not a “diner breakfast” fan, but the food had flavor and tasted truly home cooked. Very tasty! We’ll be back. If you are easily offended, might want to avoid But you’ll miss out on good food.
