I’m sure you are wondering why my star reviews are all over the place. Well, the building and atmosphere was sexy and rustic at the same time, so I was excited when walking in. We didn’t plan enough to get a table therefore our reservations were at the bar. Our first bar-server/tender was attentive and nice. I was anxiously awaiting my 18oz Rib Eye and creamed spinach especially after the burrata was so good. The steak came first and at first was tender and delicious. But not sure if I needed a better knife or the steak was too tough but 4 bites in I was struggling. My husband ordered the pork chop, which was huge and good until it cooled down and became very dry. The mashed potatoes were yummy however! But the BIG disappointment was the creamed spinach that was so over salted, I probably should have checked my blood pressure. The bar-server/tender we initially had went off to make drinks and we were stuck with the one who decided that we were awful because we sent back the creamed spinach. Even though we made friends with each couple beside us. We didn’t order dessert so I cannot comment there.

This spot was hip, fun, and phenomenal. The atmosphere inside was typical steakhouse; dark, tempting, and auspicious. The outdoor seating was gorgeous, lively, and filled with beautiful greenery. We celebrated my birthday here and our waiter was exceptional. He was attentive, humorous, and kind. The meal was impeccable. The waygu tomahawk steak was buttery and smooth; I highly recommend. Between the service, ambiance, and food quality, The Lost Fire deserves a 12/10

I have never written a review before. This was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. Jennifer was our server and she was phenomenal. My whole family of six was impressed. Amazing food. Not only was the food incredible but the chef cares about the whole experience and interior design as well. I had the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. Jennifer is an amazing server and the whole table agreed by far the best service we have all had in our whole lives. She gave us great recommendations and she knows her stuff. Beyond that she is a great person and it shows. Lovely experience and we hope to be back again next year.

Great atmosphere, wonderful food, fantastic service. One of the best dining experiences my husband and I have had all year! After a week of seafood, this steak hit the spot and was prepared perfectly! Cocktails and dessert were also top notch.

After a few solid days of eating nothing but seafood, we needed some beef. Lost Fire did not disappoint. Not being from the area, we underestimated our travel time and was running late. We called in and they held our table, even though they were extremely busy. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, The restaurant was beautiful and smelled amazing. The wife ordered the skirt steak and it was tender and flavorful. I ordered the 2″ bone in ribeye and it was the best I have ever had. Perfect from edge to edge. No bullseye effect. Tender, juicy, flavorful, and the seasoning and char on the outside….I can’t find another word but amazing. The best I ever had. If I’m ever back in the area, I will definitely return. If you have the chance to visit, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Great food! Server was great! We were sat almost 30 min. late. Other parties with reservations were also kept waiting. This happens. But it happened multiple times same night. Suggest management offer apologies, drink on the house, or something. Or fix the issue

Where do I even begin. The hostess was rude and questioned if we had reservations. I didn’t realize I needed to wear my tuxedo to be treated with respect lol. It took over an hour for starters to come which is sad. The bartender couldn’t even make a simple drink with two ingredients . The server was extremely condescending but we tried to be nice by saying no worries we see your busy. We had two steaks cooked wrong. For a $60 and $160 steak they should be correct and when they ask how it is and you tell they they shouldn’t be rude . It’s not a cheap sirloin where you just expect it may be cooked wrong. They basically claimed the lights in the kitchen changed the meat color which doesn’t make any sense seeing as we cut the steaks not them. The took off $9 which is insulting and it took forever to get the bill. The server started to bus the table why I waited for the bill and my family left. She went to her other tables one after another as I waited forever as the server was being rude on purpose making me sit at an empty table for a check. I was in the service industry when I was younger so I always try to be understanding and was extremely disappointed that Lost Fire and it’s staff lacked basic respect . If you want cheap dog food at NY City prices with an attitude this is the place to be.

Our first time going to this place. I had the best tasting steak I’ve had in a long time! Garret our server was very personable and informative about the menu. Only odd thing was the online booking didn’t work out, we weren’t the only ones who had an issue with the online booking, but we were able to get a table for 2 still. Awesome experience overall!

Most amazing steaks my wife and I have had out ever.! Period. The atmosphere is dark and the wood fired steaks are delicious. Provalata will leave you speechless. Sides were also great. Dinner with a tip was $235 and we will go back next year. If you love great food prepared well just go. You will love it!
