Lucian was super awesome!
This location is a little smaller and I found out previously that the nearest Pizza Hut with a dinning room is in Puyallup.
Although I appreciate these smaller places so you can still grab something from Pizza Hut, I remember growing up being able to sit and enjoy their Personal Pan Pizzas, probably while singing
The theme song to Teenage MuTanT Ninja Turtles ( ok, actually probably “Go Ninja Go Ninja Go!” But either way it was an enjoyable experience.
The food is great and I really look forward to trying some more of it with my Kids but I also hope companies realize the entrinsic value of providing atmosphere – the dim lighting , the salad bar , the one or two video games or gumball machines and the experience of being a little kid sliding across these big burgendy booths , smelling and hearing the orders being prepared, rung up, and taken out or to other tables….. The awkward way the oversized pepperflake and cheese shakers shake and wondering if you can taste the difference in the shape of a food (rectangular Pizzas were apparently a brand new invention, although now I might tend to think somebody somewhere maybe could have accidently made one not exactly round sometime before the [19]90’s …. Anyways, good food and kind people always make memorable experiences and I appreciate Lucian’s kindness, helpfulness, and conversation. My experience stepping back into a Pizza Hut ( now with two chairs , packets of spice , and 2liters you grab yourself ) wasn’t exactly the same as I remember , … But I have some fond memories and don’t do much wish things back the way they were so I can relive them, but hope that my Kids and all the others can have great places and vivid memories of the little things that make up the time They get to spend at places like I remember with their Families , Significant Others , Dates , Peers , and Friends .
I know that people will always find spaces to hang out, and with People like Lucian who obviously cares about others the popin popout dinning experience might stay afloat a good enough while, but I do hope I get to make it to Puyallup with my Kiddos sometime soon to see if We can figure out how to get the cheese shaker unstuck and the pepper one to only give you a little bit ,

I ordered a medium sized vegetable pizza and it cost 20.28. I gave him 21 and he told me I said 20.28. I think I made a mistake in paying and I paid another 20 and he gave me back 11 dollars. It is a scam. I will file a complaint. This is the bad branch.

I realize Saturday nights can be busy, the longer wait time I expect. This is a 5 topping hand tossed crust pizza. Should have taken a pic before we started eating it. Many of the pieces had 1 Jalapeño and 1 piece of sausage etc. It is completely dry, there is almost zero sauce. I have eaten many pizzas here thru the years. Notice there is absolutely zero sauce, anything on the box, this was terrible.

Ordered pizza for an event with 50 kids well in advance. The order was “cancelled” with no notice. The online tracker said our pizza was still being made. Showed up when it was supposed to be done and they informed us they were not making it. Thankfully McDonald’s made food for us last minute.

I do UberEats food delivery. The white male staff chubby had an iPod earbud in; looked at me & completely walked by.. I waited there a few minutes later finally another female staff notices me & helped me with pickup.. Bad customer service that guy !!

They have good customer service and the pizzas were ready in the time they said. Very good customer service and service is fast. The pizzas were very good. We are going to return very soon, really, the service was very good. To be honest I was surprised how good everything was.

My husband and I just moved here from Texas and this was the closest restaurant to us. I’m going to be perfectly honest, I never ate at Pizza Hut in Texas because it was awful. We opened up our pizza from this location and it’s beautiful??? There’s barely any grease on the bottom of the pizza (a big issue with Texas pizza places. Completely drenched in grease 99.99% of the time). The pizza is arguably one of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely shocked by the vast difference in quality compared to Texas pizza huts. 10/10 going to eat here all the time.

I should have read the reviews before ordering at this location. We did not get the correct order after waiting over an hour for our pizza to be delivered. I tried to call and got left on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on. Called again twice and was hung up on both times. Drove to the store and asked for the correct order, was given an attitude instead of an apology. I was inconvenienced having to drive to the damn store after paying for a delivery fee and tip, did not get any kind of refund. The customer service here is atrocious! Why is it so difficult to give people what they ordered? Looking at the reviews, seems to be a reoccurring issue that has not been resolved. Ridiculous
