They have good customer service and the pizzas were ready in the time they said. Very good customer service and service is fast. The pizzas were very good. We are going to return very soon, really, the service was very good. To be honest I was surprised how good everything was.

I understand if you’re short staffed, or can’t get an order delivered. Thing is a phone call would have been nice telling me that you canceled my order. My order was taken and I was told a 45 minute wait which I was okay with. It hit an hour and I thought “Well, it’s Saturday night.” I waited for an hour an a half in total before calling on the order to check the status, and to my surprise wasn’t coming. It was a huge let down as nowhere was open at all for pizza! If I was let known I wouldn’t be so angry, but my night was ruined.

I will not be returning to this location today after my experience with the worker. I came in at 1:50pm to pick up an order. While I was paying I was asked to donate. Because I was unable to the worker made disgusting comments. Such as “those poor kids aren’t getting any donations” and “I donate all my tips see?”. I was made to feel like I was terrible for not donating. I didn’t have an extra dollar as I paid cash. I’m not going back to a place where employees find it appropriate to talk to customers like that.

I will give credit for the front guy being very polite and I understand places do get busy but having to wait almost 45 mins over for just two carry out items, and was informed it would only be another 10 min wait!! Mind you 30 mins had already passed prior to this, my app even informed me my order was ready. Just was very frustrating, I sat in my car for that long when I could of went back home to put my groceries away. I feel like they could of been more honest about how long of a wait it actually was going to be instead of being told 10 mins then oh wait about another 15 mins, then that ended up being another 20 mins. I honestly think they didn’t even start my order till after I came into the store the 1st time cause they almost acted like they didn’t even see my order till I show them the app. I don’t think I will be coming here again

I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut since I moved to Tacoma and I’ve loved Pizza hut Pizza since I was a kid. The flavor profile of the Pizza that I receive from here exceeds the flavor in my memories. Pizzas are always cooked perfectly, little to no air pockets/bubbles are seen on where the toppings are on the Pizza and there’s always that light crunch that you get when biting into the crust of the Pizza. I will always be a Pizza hut Pizza fan as they do set my standard for how I expect Pizzas to be.

Omitted my paid dessert from my delivery. I called, and was left on hold for over forty minutes then the complaint was treated lightly and not apologetic over leaving a paid customer on hold that long or failing to deliver the full order that was generously tipped.

WOW!!! Pizza Hut, at 5104 6th Ave. Has finally gotten it together at least. The young man who I later found out was the night manager… First let me say that I have to usually go and pick up any order that I or my female friends put in for night time pick-up… Because of the very poor lighting there that was still a problem.. but what was gratifying was when I walked in the door and the front where the service counter is, was refreshingly clean and uncluttered… Which gave the restaurant itself a fresh & clean well organize business… There’s nothing worse then walking into a eatery.. and the first thing that you notice is not the aroma of good food being prepared as it should be… but an unkept dirty customer/ waiting area, makes me not want to eat there, because hell if they can’t keep up with the cleanliness of the restaurant itself What do you think the facilities they use to cook your food looks like… But this young man was on his job like I said clean and prompt service because I didn’t have to wait but the time it took to walk from the back food preparation area to the front counter.. but I wouldn’t have minded, if I did have to wait a few extra minutes because the place had a mellow and harmonious working atmosphere there was music playing that put you in the mood to tap your feet to it’s enjoyable. Smooth Beat .. and the night manager who was a very young but extremely personable … It was the first time that not only did I receive a hot right out of the oven pizza .. but it was in a clean an hygienic restaurant.. with great and efficient service.. thank you pizza hut for bringing up this restaurants service for your loyal and greatful customers!!!

This is my second time ordering the melt speciality pizza and the second time it was over cooked. Put a fork in it. I will not order it again. Everything else was great the honey barbecue wings and the apple pie bites. The delivery driver was awesome.

The lady who was doing curbside was mad because when I pulled in the parking was full and when it opened up I didn’t move within the two seconds she brought the food out. Then as we pulled away made very rude gesture. Would not recommend this one. The staff was just very rude.

Well I had two bad experience here an just had my third won’t go there again this is like the 4th or fifth time I’ve ordered pizza melts and there was like five slivers of cheese in it there was no cheese in again an again I know I’m not the only one that this has happened to…..
