Have not been to the Loop in awhile.. got tired of mediocre food and less service (also remember when you went to the loop because the burgers and salads were exceptional) Went today and will give absolute kudos to the improved flavor and quality of the food. It was very good and filling. We had the Greek salad add grilled chicken and a burger and fries. Portions were good and there was value I what we received. What was disappointing was the lobby and attitude of some of the staff. We went to pick up our food at the counter (they still give you a buzzer that alerts you when it’s ready) and when we asked for the utensils, ketchup etc we got what sounded like a groan and a head nod in the direction where we were to get it ourselves. This young lady could not have been more bothered by us! Then, we had a difficult time finding a clean table.. they were all cleared but not wiped down at ALL! We watched the young man walk the restaurant 3 times and cleared but NEVER wiped a single table. Disappointed and as much as I liked our food will not be back. Not all the staff was bad.. there were a few who were working really hard but the couple that were not and the apparent lack of customer care and cleanliness was enough to sway me from going again for a while..

I’ve been coming to this location for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Their food and service is consistently fantastic. My guilty pleasure is their blue cheese chips. I used to order a salad and the blue cheese chips to pretend I was being vaguely healthy, but my Boss Move now is to just order the blue cheese chips and that’s it. SO GOOD. (I’m eating nothing but salad for the next 3 days to make up for those calories, but it’s worth it!)

Always a favorite place for my family and I. Yummy juicy burgers, hot delicious steak fries or onion ring( my favorite), huge fresh salads and wonderfully delicious shakes. Like soups? Love the tomato bisque soup. Plenty of seating, curb side service. Always clean. This Loop is great at hiring our local high schoolers. Always great and friendly service.

I have been here a few times now and have been fairly unimpressed. Service is fine and friendly. The food, however, leaves much to be desired. On my first visit I tried the kale salad. This was quite possibly the most underwhelming salad I’ve ever tasted. On the most recent trip, I had the Asian chicken wrap. Conceptually it was a fine idea but the actual ingredients were overwhelmed by the wheat wrap. Kids food was fine but nothing that would keep the little ones from wanting to return.

The workers can be nicer! Smh these young adults have no clue what decent customer service is about, I told the lady thanks and she handed me the food and walked away. So rude!! Management train your workers better on how to treat customers thanks.

Ordered delivery. My bf’s pizza was create your own and it was tasty. He let me have some of his because mine was actually horrible, and that’s hard to say about pizza. I got the fresh mozzarella with basil and they gave me one little leaf. Lol… the mozzarella was hardened and cold and all of the cheese came off of every single slice (not like how it does when it’s hot, it just all came off like clay). I may have gotten an unlucky hit with it being cold but the one leaf of basil is just pitiful. I’ll still try again in the future but please add more basil! Also we paid extra for the sausage on the pizza and there wasn’t much of that either.
