I stopped in the other day because I was craving a shake. It was around 5pm so I decided to get the whole meal instead. I really disliked that there was a young woman at the counter who stared at me come in and didn’t even greet me. I briefly stood in front of the counter while looking at the menu and still no greeting or asked if I had questions. I ended up just placing my order on the kiosk. If I could give the “service” 0 starts I would. I got a double with “new” K-Shack Spicy BBQ Cheese Fries. The burger was fine it was the right temperature but my bread was soooo greasy and wet. The fries were not that exciting. The cheese sauce really doesn’t have much flavor even though it has seasoned salt on top. $6 for those fries is not worth it. The spicy bbq sauce was interesting to say the least but not something I’d order again. To be honest if you’re in the neighborhood you’re better off eating local like burger house. Much better burger, fries and shakes. Not sure if I’ll be back any time soon. I always remembered shake shack to be like a slightly “upscale” burger joint and to be honest I was not impressed at all.

Very disappointing experience overall. None of the food seemed properly cooked. The Korean chicken tasted like raw flour, and the burger was way too salty. The fries with cheese were cold, the cheese was cold too, and there was again this strange flour-like taste.
The drink came out last even after reminding the staff, and it was warm when it should have been cold.
This was my first time here and definitely my last. Would not recommend. I would give 0 if that was an option.

Disappointing meal at shake shack. I paid nearly $20 for a burger (single), fries and small soda. The food was not hot, and my order was wrong. The dining area also needed attention (no ketchup). I cant comment on the staff because I had no interaction with them. I placed my own order on the kiosk and cleaned up my table when finished, so why am I being asked for a tip when paying? If you want a disappointing burger and fries, just go to McDonald’s and you can have that for half the price.

Ordered on UberEats. Why is everything extremely well done / practically burnt?
The burgers are prepared to a crisp and the grilled cheese I ordered smelled burnt and was inedible. Fries are also overdone – had to throw out my last order because they’re so overdone.
Need to focus up.

I feel like this place was a little expensive for the amount of food we received. However, the food we ordered was very tasty and did not disappoint! Not a huge fan of the cheese fries, I would recommend getting the cheese on the side to try it out. We had a bacon cheese burger and a chicken sandwich. I would order the chicken sandwich again!

We were actually in the mood for chicken. Instead we decided to dine at the Shake Shack and were in for a real treat. Guests have two ordering options… Kiosk or counter. We chose the counter…no wait time and the service was fantastic. The burgers & crinkle cut fries (a la cart, no combo meals) were delicious. There were bursts of incredible flavors in every bite. The hand spun strawberry shake was on point. As for the lemonade, it was a bit tart for my taste but still pretty good. The sports bar vibe minus the bar was a nice touch. They do offer beer and wine though. The family friendly atmosphere was appreciated. There’s a wonderful patio for good weather dining. Thank you for the great food, service and experience!

I ordered uber eats from this store one chicken sandwich and on my second bite I found a hair!! And I wear a headscarf that covers my hair entirely. so it’s not from my head. And my hair is curly this is a colored black straight hair. And this was my second time ordering from there. And I will go head and attach the photo. I threw the whole sandwich away.
