Beef boat noodles and Tom yum noodles are very very good. Noodle soups here seem to be the star — now one of our fave places in the east bay to get boat noodles specifically and we’ve tried almost all the Thai places in Oakland / Berkeley for this dish!
Would recommend the soups and not other dishes probably— had tried their other staples (pad Thai, papaya salad, fried rice dishes) which all left much to be desired. Tbh we almost didn’t come back, but then we tried the soups and the beef boat noodles. Really flavorful broths and great presentation, definitely on the pricier side for size but delicious and worth a try if you’re craving these soups!

The hours on here were wrong and I didn’t realize I walked in right after they closed. They didn’t mention it, seated me, and I realized it after I was eating. I would’ve never done that, but that was super classy of them to still feed me. My red curry was perfect.

Always on point with my Drunken Noodles. Now they have a new addition steak or pork with salad.

The food and service was excellent. I got the Chicken and Prawn Pineapple Rice. Definitely delicious. My only pet peeve is that they left the shrimp tails on.
Also, I don’t recommend using the bathroom here. The one bathroom stall they had available was a mess and the other stall was under construction.
This is a cute vibe! It’s a good lunch spot.

$16 for the spicy string beans which were 90% rice. Unbelievable…
Not only that, the takeout containers they use are significantly smaller. To compare, I filled one from Osha and one from another restaurant with water and weighed them: (see photos)
– Osha: 661 g
– other: 819 g
So, Osha’s containers hold ~24% less food _and_ they filled it mostly with rice!

The service at the counter was nonexistent, we were met with silence and blank stares. Food was absolutely pitiful – we ordered the spicy thai basil fried rice with an egg, and this is what we got. Avoid at all costs.

Loveeeeee Osha, so happy they opened in Oakland. Flavors are authentic. I worked across the st from the Osha in SF and would have lunch there atleast twice a week. Havent had osha in 2 years since the office shutdown. Love all noodle soups! Boat noodle, tom yum noodle. They dont have khao soi here but that is delish as well. Ordered take out from here twice already since they’ve opened. Waiting to try their stirfry noodles on my next pick up order. Oh yeah egg rolls are good too!

Nice restaurant with friendly staff. The food was reasonably priced, and my takeout order was tasty. Parking was challenging, but Thai food this good is worth the inconvenience. The in-store seating area was nice, so I’ll return with a plan to eat there. This place is in a trendy area with lots of friendly people around.

I’ve been on the hunt for great Thai food, especially Pad Thai, for quite some time. After trying a few spots in the area and feeling disappointed, I finally discovered an amazing Thai restaurant nearby. Just in time, too—I was starting to lose hope for my favorite cuisine! The portion sizes are generous, and the flavors are absolutely spot-on. Five stars all the way!

Outside of the cramped space, this is truly a gem in oakland.
Ive had their fried chicken fried rice, Tom Yum Soup and their version of traditional wings
Instantly you can appreciate the quality upon trying their food from the first bite as you will be left satisfied from the meal as all the items were delectable.
Will return to have more of their soup
