The food was fantastic and service was outstanding. We were able to find a table within minutes and served drinks as soon as we sat down. Must try is the Maine lobster roll, fish and chips and shrimp and fries! I would eat here again.

The lobster roll market price is $32.95 – bun was around 5” long. Couldn’t have been more than a couple ounces of lobster in it. 4-5 bites. Tasted good but not worth the price, lots of better options for that $ point if you want seafood.

Faith was a very pleasant; Music played by Jerry was so fun and relaxing. Balcony is great, covered from rain and noise as you are on the second floor. Burgers are great. Lobster sandwich are delicious but little pricey, however everything is pricey now.

Really did want to like this new addition to the island. But it was an epic fail. The menu is bizarre to say the least. It is called The Lobster Bar and yet the menu starts out with mozzarella sticks and chicken wings! Why? Do they not sell enough of that at the pizza restaurant below them, which is owned by the same group? The lobster roll was terrible. Even though we ordered the Maine lobster roll it was anything but. Way too much mayonnaise and way too little lobster. The bun was soggy from the amount of moisture in the mayonnaise. This was a lobster salad roll not a lobster roll and even that was not very good. For the money, expected a lot better. The atmosphere looks nice but it is extremely noisy. To the point where you cannot even hear the people sitting at your table talk and we were there on a night when it was only a third full. Will not be back. They need to revamp the menu so that it makes more sense for the name of the restaurant and they need to have a proper chef address the lobster roll.

We have been watching them work to open this place the last few months. Saw it was open on our way back from having lunch, so stopped in for a drink. The service was awesome and the view is spectacular! It looks like they have set up everything to enjoy all year long. Definitely recommend!
