Ordered online and it said it would be ready in a certain time. Went there and I still had to wait for 25 mins after I went to the drive through. Waited about 35mins for my order which is supposed to be ready by 5mins after I order. Not a lot of people ordering too. I saw 3 cars and 4 people went inside and got their order.

Ok, so real quick I normally do not care for this location due to distance from my home but I went in for the “Diablo IV” DLC event and not only did they know what to do, they knew how to make it easier for me and made sure I got the most out of my promotional orders. 1 order per item, 5 separate orders total to get all DLC. Someone from corporate needs to visit this place at dinner time they have no chicken ready ever. Also I worked for KFC when I was a teenager and I can tell that the chicken is under cooked also that they are not filtering the oil from the fryers correctly or never . Chicken is brown but not because it is done but because the oil is old and burnt. This is a horribly managed place. A restaurant in this location should be full at dinner time this place is empty and still has no chicken.
