Food was eh, ok, there are other similar places just as nice or better. The SERVICE was absolutely awful. There was one person in the kitchen when we were there on a Saturday night, our server was HORRIBLE, didn’t bring our apps, forgot what we ordered, and charged me a RIDICULOUS amount for MP king crab legs (which wasn’t a pound) that were mediocre and over cooked. The atmosphere was dead, totally regretted our decision after ordering. Uh yeah also they acted like asking for silverware was some foreign concept — didn’t have knives only forks. Lastly my favorite, a seafood crab place doesn’t have wet napkins to clean your hands. When I asked the guy literally giggled. They want to charge you as if they are really nice steakhouse, but the service was such a joke. Definitely will never go back there what a waste of time/money.

The food was delicious and the service was prompt. We had one of the seafood combos and when I tell you we had so much food we had to take it home I’m not exaggerating. This is also coming from someone who is a glutton for seafood boils. I do wish that the ambiance was a bit better. The place was empty except for myself and two other people who came in after we had started. I’d recommend the coconut shrimp and the garlic butter sauce.

Walked into the restaurant with no host to approach us to a table! Waited 15 minutes to get seated. Since we was a big group the waitress was fussing about who going to get my table (so they can get more money off us). Took 45 minutes for a DRINK! We waited patiently because they was “ too busy” (literally didn’t have nobody in the restaurants, it was very empty)! Waitress finally took order and we had to wait 1 hour to receive our food! Mind you we didn’t plan on spending 3 hours in no restaurant, we had other plans but got ruin because of the TERRIBLE SERVICE ! Would not recommend at all!!!

For being a new place, the food was amazing! Great portions, great flavors and most of all great servers. Miguel was a 10/10. Attentive, nice and remembered my mom as well. Made the experience that much more better. As you can see in the images, we tore it up! lol

Walked in and they were closing in a little over an hour for a party. They really didn’t want to seat us but we said we would be fast. Went to order drinks and the server told us the bar was closed.

This location is not living up to the brand name “The Juicy Crab”. I have been to locations in Georgia and Orlando Florida. They were way better than this deerfield beach location. The service was slow and the juicy crab house sauce was not good.

If you need a reason to visit the Deerfield location there are two reasons Justin and Tommy! These guys take customer service to the next level. From the moment you step into the restaurant you are greeted with a smile and enthusiasm. The atmosphere is great with a pirates ☠️ life feel and nautical decor. Justin and Tommy check on tables regularly ensuring guests are beyond satisfied. The food here was delicious. Our server Nathan served us with a cheerful attitude which makes a difference. I had the number 3 and cleared my plate. We also ordered the hush puppies and fried shrimp basket YUMMY!!! My Aunt and I were completely happy with the experience. It was made even more special with Tommy’s recommendation to have the chocolate cake with extra whip cream. The warm gooey center made me smile. Justin grabbed the crew and my birthday became a party! This location is definitely my favorite now. The whole crew is cheerful and working hard to make customers feel special. Thank you to all those at the Deerfield location you all are amazing. To Justin glad we made the trip since you moved from the Pembroke Pines location. Tommy and You make an excellent team! Keep it up! Looking forward to visiting again! 15 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s and an enthusiastic thumbs up !

Tonya was the BEST! Great bartender and server. I loved her suggestion for the juicy sauce on my crab boil, which i got hot for the right spicy tingle. Yum yum! My best friend got the garlic butter and loved hers too. I picked this place as my bday restaurant choice since she wanted to treat me and we’d both never been but love crab legs. WINNER! Glad that i found it!
