We came to celebrate our 46th anniversary. Alana was great, her smile and bright countenance lit up the room. Our food was amazing. Highly recommend The Juicy Crab!!

Cant even comment on the food because we didn’t get any. We came for my daughter’s birthday and were bearly acknowledged to be seated but they atleast managed that part. There were a total of 3 occupied tables including us. Waiter passed by while serving another table and said he would come back, another 10-15 minutes went by and nothing so we left even then no one said a thing. For the amount of money their food is the service definitely isnt there.

This was my first time visiting Juicy Crab in Douglasville, and Kiki truly made it a great experience. She provided prompt and attentive service, checked on me frequently, and was so kind and courteous. Her positive energy and great conversation made me feel right at home. I sat at the bar and Kiki was my bartender and I ordered the dusse lemonade and after my first sip all I could think of was that drake song “Kiki do you love me?” Her service and drinks were A1 I will definitely return back for her drinks.

Upon our arrival, we were not greeted at all. The restaurant had about two to three tables throughout our visit, and our waiter, Kiki, largely avoided us most of the time. She appeared visibly upset that we were present and made us feel uncomfortable. While our previous experiences at the restaurant were satisfactory, this particular visit was exceptionally disappointing. Even though we were polite and respectful to our waiter, the service we received didn’t meet our expectations. Truly disappointed

From the attitude she had taking my oder on the phone and I got there she took my payment worked to the kitchen without saying a word like “like your food is not ready yet” then I asked another girl who was standing around she said 10 minutes after 15 minutes I walked up food was ready no one called me or brought it to me.The corn that came with my food was like 10k years old after spending over spending over $100 on my food. I just didn’t put their names out here for a reason. But juicy crab train your employees some manners and customer service skills which they lack but then, they forget to know that we have to buy the food in other for them to get paid.

I had driven by this location for a while and never noticed it was there. Had a hankering for crab and found myself here on a random Thursday for lunch. Absolutely blown away by the quality and SERVICE! Will definitely be back. I can’t believe it wasn’t packed!

Me and my husband dined in on a Sunday the restaurant wasn’t busy at all everyone was sitting in the booths by the window our server Kayla was horrible not attentive at all! She stood at the cash register with friends and talked the whole time!!! No checkups,No eye contact when she approached the table no Togo bags no refills or anything overall I walked to the counter asked for my Togo bags and the check I did not leave a tip I tip for great service!!! I’m a dental hygienist and I will leave a $50 tip no matter how small the bill is I will never be back to this location
