One and only time I got poor quality food from any Chikfila. I got a spicy chicken deluxe. Went through dt around 7:45 pm. Chicken was greasy and cold lettuce wilted. I love Chikfila so I was disappointed when I got home

I went through the drive through at 7pm tonight. When I pulled away I noticed the food was wrong. I parked and went inside and waited on my food again. When I received my food I walked out, and again noticed they got it wrong. When I went inside and told them it was wrong again, the young girl at the counter blamed it on me. when she was talking to the manager i heard her saying I know he said regular chicken sandwich. Instead of taking accountability and saying sorry about that I must have misheard him. So im already upset, i get home and my young daughter is asking me who’s gay? I’m like what are you talking about? The name on my order slip is GAY. Apparently Andrea is immature and thinks it is funny to put things like this on customers orders. Just very unprofessional all around.

This is my go-to Chick-fil-A! I seriously come here all the time. The line moves quickly, the employees are attentive and nice, and the food is delicious every time! They always remember to put the sauces in the bag, too. Much love for the Viewmont Chick-fil-A!

our person taking our order was very nice but receiving our order was a complete different story. first brought a wrong drink, then brought another car our order. wouldn’t ask us if it was ours until we called out and said something. fries are bland and taste old. service is horrible. don’t recommend going here, will continue to go to sherrill’s ford chick fil a as they always get things correct.and mac and cheese noodles are either hard or mushy.

I spent $16 for a salad and small peach milk shake. The shake was good, but the lettuce on the salad was yellow and wilted. It’s not worth the price they charge. I had to throw half of it away.

Ordered a plain chicken breast grilled on wheat bun and sprite. They up charged me for a club and then put bacon which I’m allergic to and ruined the whole sandwich. Can’t eat the sandwich. I have a medical diet that I must follow. Try not to kill people Chick fil a. Also everyone has the IQ of broccoli. Seriously.

The fries were terrible! I thought maybe they just weren’t fresh. My children wouldn’t even eat them. They were warm so I thought maybe they were ok but no, with every fry it was hard to chew and NOT like every other fry I have always gotten from every other Chick-fil-A. I was reading other reviews and other people said things about nuggets tasting like cigarettes bc of the oil maybe. I know my kids nuggets are SO DRIED OUT. Their whole dinner was terrible. There is definitely something going on with the fryer. I asked for replacement fries, fresh fries. I got the same, hard to chew fries like I got the first time. They don’t even look right! I won’t be back unless I don’t want fries. Bc the sandwich was good. & MOST of the staff was very helpful.

Will the manager please address the ongoing quality and size issues with the chicken you are using? This happens frequently at this location. I never have an issue at other locations. The service is always good here, but the quality and consistency of food are well below other locations. I attached a photo of the chicken on my biscuit today. You used to serve a great biscuit with a nice piece of chicken.

Food was a bit greasy. However, each team member we encountered was patient and friendly. We enjoy going to Chick-fil-A because your order is almost always correct and you don’t have to worry about questionable service.
