The Juicy Caboosy was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first drink tasting, their team brought such a fun, welcoming energy that we instantly knew we were in great hands. They were transparent about every step of the process, quick to communicate, and genuinely committed to making everything smooth for us.
They even went the extra mile navigating some tricky venue license constraints and showed up the day before the wedding just to make sure the setup plan was rock-solid. That level of care is rare, and we felt it in everything they did.
On the wedding day, every single member of their team was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. Our guests raved about them just as much as we did. It’s clear they love what they do, and it truly elevated our celebration.

The food was amazing. I cannot believe this gem is in Long Beach and I didn’t know about it. It has outdoor seating upstairs by the caboose and downstairs under an awning with a bar and tvs. On the day I went it was chilly because of the fans and about to rain but I imagine on a good warm day it would be more enjoyable. The service is a little slow but I wasn’t upset because it appeared there were only two people working there. The bowl I got was amazing. I am definitely looking forward to going back. Be prepared to spend about $17-$20 per person for lunch. I will definitely be going back. I love how fresh the food was and how they didn’t weigh the bowls down with too much rice…it was the perfect amount. Very fresh vegetables and great dressing.

Great service with a smile! Super cute unique atmosphere- indoor and outdoor. Great food and lunch specials! Sandwiches are all good. Burger was amazing- I think it had a Long Island dressing on it or something. Handicap ramp and military discount friendly 🙂 clean restroom

What a great lil find! If you’re looking for something different with friendly staff and a beautiful view.. this is it! Just off the I90 you have a beach view, the breeze and some amazing fresh and delicious food choices. So good we came back for breakfast! Both the Greek salad and the Chipotle salad were so fresh, filling and flavorful!!! The aesthetic of the food was on point as well! Breakfast açaí bowls were loaded and it was like eating an ice cream fruit salad for breakfast!

Food is FRESH and DELICIOUS!!! Let me preface this by saying I did not want to eat here. I really wasn’t hungry, but the food was so good. I ate my entire plate. My daughter loved her bowl. We are gluten-free family, and found most real options were available to us on the menu. They were amazing to my dog as we were Traveling around trying to find something that we could all eat. This is definitely a must stop!!!

We can a pretty good breakfast at Juicy Caboosy. It’s a walk-up order, tables on the deck with umbrellas, it was still a little hot. The menu was good. We were their med-week not very busy.

10/10 recommend trying “The Juicy Caboosy”! Exceptional service, Extraordinary eats and great vibes! Great location nestled right across from the beach. Our lemonades were fresh. My Garden bowl with chicken was exactly what I needed to get me fueled for the day! My husband enjoyed his Choo-Choo club! We will definitely be adding this establishment to our rotation when we are in town!
