I ordered a small pizza for $18 and give a personal size pizza and didn’t know til I sat down. I couldn’t get back in line . Lines crowded already by time I received it so busy . A personal is not $18 . This is crazy a personal fed 1 person why i got small for 2 ppl.

Not consistent, they used different sauce. (Ranch instead of white sauce). My stomach doesn’t feel good already. Also, last time it had green leafs (Basil or something).

As others have mentioned the wait time for a personal pizza is unfortunately absurd, even when the place is almost empty. Ordering ahead online doesn’t do much to reduce this; I wandered in fifteen minutes after placing an order (that it said would be ready in fifteen minutes) and wound up having to wait an additional twenty.
Under normal circumstances I understand delays, but I can think of no reason it should take over half an hour to get food out to the only customer waiting.

Just an FYI for anybody that it’s coming here this is in the middle of Sac state in the Union Center on non-school hours it says that it’s open till 9:00 p.m. it is officially 5:30 p.m. and they are closed, the site already charged my card as well

Half of this staff ain’t it. But specially the manager or idk what she is there but she’s there all day and has her hair braided. Worst customer service ever. Hella attitude towards students coming to get food. I would recommend a new hair that has better attitude when serving students that’s are paying thousands of dollars to get a degree. I came in to place a large order and the service was amazing despite the last minute order. Not only were they speedy but the employee at the front, Alexia, was so kind and on top of everything even though she was the only one manning the front. She kept me updated on when the pizzas were coming out, helped prepped everything I need for a large group of people that I was bringing the pizza for, and overall was so pleasant. I never really leave reviews but I had to make sure their efforts were recognized and appreciated, especially Alexia.

I went here twice on 2 Saturdays in a row. On both occasions, after 1pm, the place was empty. They had more than 5 workers. I waited 50 MINUTES TO AN HOUR for a SMALL personal pizza. It would be faster to get food off campus.
I will never come here again! The Indian manager couldn’t care less but to laugh and smile when I requested my refund.
Sadly, this is the only store open on Saturday. Before you order here, ask for the wait time.

I was surprised I had a similar experience as others who have made reviews… it was my first time coming to this Round Table on campus and I too had a bad experience. I waited 40 minutes for a personal pizza when it was slow (summer time is always slow on campus). So, I asked how long it might be until my pizza was ready since I had work. I was then told the manager threw my pizza away! The staff didn’t understand why, especially since I was sitting at a table with my order number clearly visible. Turns out he was calling the wrong number. Training should be better… you don’t just throw food away without making sure all customers are served. Especially when there are only five other customers there. I could not wait for them to remake my food, so I got a refund which was okay but I had to rush to get other food before going to work.
Seeing that it’s not just a one-time issue and others have had similar experiences I just can’t rely on getting food there in between classes or work. I’ll opt for something faster and more reliable on campus next time!

We visited this location following a local student event as representatives from various companies, and we encountered a cashier who was extremely rude. She seemed visibly upset about having to serve her customers. It’s clear that she may not be well-suited for her role, as her demeanor was quite unwelcoming towards clients.
