The atmosphere was really cute and cozy, the coffee was pretty good (I got a fig latte), but we were really disappointed in the bagels. They were like grocery store bagels with little cold cups of Philadelphia cream cheese you have to spread on yourself.

We hosted an event at Jack’s on the patio and it was STELLAR. The tree covered area is a beautiful bit of unexpected greenery off of Gay street. They were excellent communicators, provided extra tables when we needed, and let us bring in decor and food as needed. So helpful. If you are looking for a small event space with flexible seating and great vibe, Jack’s patio is a great spot.

I’m a big fan of this coffee shop boutique! You can pick up some great coffee (my personal favorite is the Mocha) and shop local artists right in the same spot. The shop is also welcoming for people to sit and work, which is perfect for the atmosphere and laid back feel of this shop. Highly recommend for both locals and those visiting!

The staff were super friendly! I came by for my first visit and helped walk me through the menu. The store smelt really good and the décor was gorgeous! Not only that, but the coffee was great! Will come back again :)) definitely recommend the sweater weather hot latte!

My friend and I hosted a baby shower on the Jacks back patio, and it was perfect. The staff was very supportive and helpful, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this darling event space.

Jacks has the best espresso drinks we’ve tried in downtown Knoxville. Their flavors are beautifully subtle, and the foam is so thick, it’s like a meringue. They also have such a fun selection of plants at every growing stage as well as merchandise from a variety of local artists and vendors. Its cozy interior with intimate little tables makes it the perfect place for a coffee date.

The latte is the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. I don’t remember the name of the muffin with pumpkin in it. One of the workers, who was very kind, mentioned it was hot, but it was actually cold and tasted just okay. Not recommended personally.

Wow amazing cuppa! Jeez! Fell in love with the Blooming Guatemalan, & I think using a light Guatemalan in a cortado made an experience I’ve never had before. Wonderful! Wow! I love all the creativity happening in that place, joined with herbal bliss! Close to my heart. When we come back to town it will definitely be a must stop
