Great food I had never had a oxtail burger before it was rich in flavor reminded me of Philly cheesecake in some ways. Got the jalapeno burger and it was great! The hot sauce they have sealed the deal and was great with their fries I have told everyone I know about this place would come again.

Thought I would be saving money, grabbing a bag off too good to go. Instead I just found a new spot to come by for bowls and scope the rest of the menu. Everything was so tasty! The patty was fluffy and seasoned just right. I took my food 20 minutes home, forgot the heat saver bag, and it was still warm and delicious. Chicken was so tender and the plantains had just started to get a crisp on one edge. Everyone was very friendly and the young man who greeted me wished me a nice night, very respectful with the ‘Miss, your order is ready’ while I was pacing the dining room like a hyperactive kid.

Went out to Reds for the first time to try the spot out. I’ve heard so many good things throughout the years. So I had to come through and show it some love. Haven’t been to Redlands in a long time and I’m glad I went back for this. I tried the oxtail smash burger for the first time and it was amazing. I didn’t even know you can put oxtail inside of a burger, but they did it and it was perfect. Then I tried the jerk chicken burrito and it was crazy. Good. So many flavors bursting in your mouth on every bite. I will definitely go back and drive all the way out there to get more. Totally worth it. Keep up the great work.

This is not a safe place to eat if you are vegan. I ordered a vegan combo. The cashier Savannah told me the tofu was a vegan protein option so I ordered it. She also told me the mac and cheese was vegan. I have had vegan mac and cheese at a Jamaican restaurant before (Desert Island Eatery in Arizona) so I didn’t question it. After receiving my order, I went home but got a funny feeling that the food was not vegan. I checked my receipt and it said the tofu is vegetarian (photo attached). I called the restaurant and spoke to Sandy. She confirmed the tofu is vegan but the mac and cheese is not. Not sure why Savannah told me it was. I have been vegan for almost 20 years and would have been sick if I had consumed the mac and cheese. I didn’t trust the “vegan” ceviche after the phone call so I just threw the plate away. I am reporting this to the health department tomorrow.

This place is located inside a strip mall. Parking may be free, but it could be difficult to find a spot during lunch and dinner hours.
Customers have to order at the counter, and meals will be brought to you if you’re dining in. There is no table service here. There is limited indoor and outdoor seating.
I tried their jerk chicken, and it was food. I also tried their jerk brisket, and it was better than jerk chicken. Their plantains were my favorite. It was sweet and juicy.
Tables could be cleaned more often. They were all sticky when I got there. The music was so loud that I could hardly hear what the cashier was saying.

I bought a dozen (half chicken/ half beef) patties today and the team members there suggested I wait for fresh ones and they would take around 15 minutes. After 40 minutes, they were done but let me tell you, the extra wait was worth it. These are the best patties in Southern California right now. Flavor was really good and they were indeed fresh. Sorry I was a little upset about the wait but it was worth it. Will return again.

Tried this spot for the first time yesterday. Food was decent , I got the jerk chicken bowl. However the fried plantain was burnt and hard. Also, not a big deal, but there was no Jamaican soda besides ting. As a Jamaican, I missed not having a cola champagne or ginger beer with my food. Customer service was good, clean spot. I’d give them a second chance.

This was my first time at this establishment, and my experience was outstanding thanks to Kamari! There was an issue with my order, but between her and management, everything was quickly corrected. Kamari went above and beyond to make sure my first visit was a positive one. Her professionalism, patience, and warm personality made me feel welcomed from start to finish. She is a perfect example of an exceptional frontline customer service representative—exactly the kind of person you want to encounter both when you arrive and when you leave. Truly exceptional service!

Either the people who left bad reviews are former employees or people who just like to complain about anything. Ordered the triple oxtail smash burger and steamed veggies. AMAZING! The meat was savory and very tender, and the veggies were cooked to perfection. I found my new spot for really good Jamaican food!!!!

Ok so we got at 1030am they were still not opened so we waited till there 11am opening. Figuring we were going to get some good fresh Jamaican food..Well it smelled good outside. We ordered our food and wow this has to the worst try at jerk chicken. The chicken seemed like it was sitting in the warmer for days. It was really overcooked dry , and extremely bland. The plantains were horrible the rice was a bunch of mush and flavorless. The only thing that was good about this place was the mac and cheese even the lemonade needed help.. So would I recommend this place NO NOT ONE BIT UNFORTUNATELY. Sad part is we spent 94. Dollars and it was not worth one penny. DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE
