Stopped in for the awesome obscure European beers on tap. Only place I’ve ever found Tennets or Bellhaven on tap and served in proper glassware. Glad I also ordered a pizza to go.. they only serve pizzas and sometimes calzones.

Ive lived nigh unto fifty years in the next county and had no idea this pub/restaurant was even constructed. The dark masculine paneling give off the castle like vibe as you sit and soak up the atmosphere while enjoying a German or Scottish beer. While not what I would call a restaurant in the normal circumstance as the menu is brief with pizza being the highlight of the menu, this place is big for a place in the country. Plenty of room to hold an event. We had to stop and try the pizza. Priced in the range of what you’ll find for any seated establishment, you are paying for quality and fresh ingredients . The pizza has a base cost by size, and you pay for each additional topping. Zucchini and tomatoes are also an option when available. We had leftovers that were just as good the next day as they were when it was served fresh from the kitchen. They also have a special blend of spices that you can sprinkle on your pizza to give it some kick. It will definitely be worth a return visit. I did take a picture of my pizza, but only after we had cut out a couple slices. Try it out, you might like it.

This Cash only, German inspired pizza pub is way cool and a must on your travels through northeast Wayne County. Super fresh dough pizza, ice cold German Beer and full bar are the features of this establishment. Not to mention the place is really clean and the staff is really friendly. A must try is their magical pizza spice that comes in a salt shaker…. enjoy!

Absolutely Phenomenal. Fresh kegs and frozen mugs make for the best beer in the area. Pizza has a delicious crust with local sourced ingredients.

Pizza and beer are good. Pizza dust is their magic dust. (Also a very effective sneezing powder). The staff are always great.
My only complaint was that the pizza took an 1 1/2 to get the table on a busy Friday night.
Otherwise it was a great dinner date.

Pizza is phenomenal. The dip for the Golden Crisp chips is really good. Servers are very friendly and attentive, however, you might have a longer than expected wait time as there was a 5-pizza and 4-pizza to go order being processed in front of our order which did create a backup. After ordering, over 45 minutes passed before we received our pizza. Anyways….the pizza is definitely worth the wait.
