Reviews
The venue offers a spacious setting with a relaxed atmosphere, but the culinary experience falls short of expectations. While the environment is inviting and clean, the food’s lack of flavor and dryness detracts from the overall dining pleasure.
Atmosphere: 6.1/10
The establishment provides a comfortable and unhurried vibe, allowing guests to enjoy their meal without feeling pressured. Its spaciousness, coupled with clean indoor/outdoor seating options, adds to the appeal, although the decor is described as unique yet basic.
Service: 5.2/10
The service model, offering both tab and upfront payment options, is friendly and accommodates different preferences. The half-service, self-seating approach works well within the casual setting.
Food:
Signature Burger: 4.1/10
Despite its appealing presentation, the burger disappoints in taste. It’s described as extremely bland, with both the beef and sauce lacking depth of flavor. Even the bun, although basic, ends up dominating the taste experience due to the meat’s underwhelming presence.
Mac n Cheese: 3.3/10
This dish suffers from dryness and a lack of creamy cheese sauce, leading to a less enjoyable meal.
Chicken Wings: 5.2/10
The wings meet the basic expectations for taste and cooking but don’t distinguish themselves from offerings at other venues.
Value: 5.2/10
At $45 for a meal for three, the pricing is considered reasonable, aligning with the average quality and quantity of the food served.
It’s a casual brewery with a rustic feel with a small menu. I asked about the fried chicken and opted for a sandwich. The hostess also recommended mac and cheese.
I can say the portions are large and the pricing was realistic.
My sandwich was delightful, I had added cheese and a side of bar b que. I really liked how crispy and juicy it was. The Mac and Cheese is creamy and had a unique beer based flavor. It’s very rich so 4 bites was all for me.
They make their own Italian dressing, and it’s a winner.
People were gathering for music that was being set up outside, and I was able to pet a very friendly hunting dog on the way out.
Definitely above average for a casual place.
