my gf and i went here for a happy hour date. we were taken aback by the stunning views of the sunset and the lakefront. the glass walls and ceilings let you see every color of the sky. once the sun sets, you’re surrounded by city lights. we enjoyed delish espresso martinis for $10 and our waiter Abe was delightful! ⚡️

Atmosphere was beautiful at first. However, we were seated inside of what felt like a turtle tank. There were no blinds and the sun was directly overhead, so it felt like we were sitting under a magnifying glass. We made a reservation for dinner, asked to see a dinner menu, and were never given a dinner menu, just drink menu. We sat for 30 minutes before someone took our order with what seemed like an attitude but I brushed it off at first. 2 of the 4 of us ordered drinks, but we asked for 4 waters. Then we were told they’ll get us waters “eventually”…. 15 minutes later they come with the drinks and only 2 waters.
There were 7 other tables seated so being busy isn’t an excuse… maybe new management? Regardless we never ended up getting a dinner menu and had to go to the bar to close out. Met with an attitude when trying to close out.
I really thought this spot was going to be chic and classy like sushi by bou which is also located in the hotel. Total let down, wouldn’t recommend. Maybe good for happy hour before going somewhere else. The vibe seriously felt like they were closing down for the night at 6pm.

This is one of the best rooftop spots in Chicago, offering incredible views of Lincoln Park, the zoo, and the downtown skyline. The menu is small but the food is excellent, and the cocktails are crafted really well. The staff is warm and welcoming, which makes the overall experience very enjoyable.

My sister and I ventured to the rooftop of our hotel for a casual mimosa, but we left with so much more. The board of chicago tourism needs someone like Abe on their side. His impeccable service was the highlight to our trip and his knowledge and personalized recommendations to our travel plans were second to none. My only regret is that now we have to visit these cool locations and not spend more time ordering drinks from him. Seriously can’t recommend this place and specifically Abe enough!

The view was beautiful . Charlie was the best! He was very accommodating & made sure we were well taken care of. We wanted to sit outside but the seats were a little wet & he made sure to get dry replacement cushions for us. Best service I’ve received, he was the absolute best & sweetest.

We had a birthday celebration here. The staff were so very nice and overly accommodating. Such a relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed the flourless chocolate cake and cheesecake. Very wonderful. So sad that they had no coffee. We all wanted coffee! Lovely view!

I loved the vibes, the view, and the pancakes! We came around lunchtime and were seated quickly. Our server was kind and attentive. The waffle did take quite a while to arrive but they were so good it made me forget that. An immediate yes! 10/10. The sun was shining and we as a group had a good time!

The food is great! Rooftop view is beautiful! Bottomless mimosas $25 per person! The only thing was our server Sebastian, was very slow and not very attentive. He also lacked etiquette like reaching over my food to pour my mimosa without saying excuse me etc. BUT other than that amazing!!! Fried donut holes for the table, my aunt had the smash burger, I had the huevos ranchero, my man had the egg sandwich.
