So they were ready for me before I was. Didn’t rush me to keep their times down and talked to me even though it’s freezing. Staff smiling and man look how perfect they packed this bag o mine

Every time I’ve been here regardless of time or rush or how loud my miniature occupants may be. They do awesome. Food service is hard. Hungry people tend to be hangry.
So bad reviews are many. But these people deserve the recognition. I hit alot of fastfood through the week so for me having somewhere consistent and kind is kinda big. I’ll go a couple miles out of the way to go to this one just because I know my food is going to be not just correct but bomb. And fast. And smiles. Always. even if I’m a mess ( happens ) y’all rock. Sorry I just wanted to come back, the consistency deserves a review of its own as well.

I normally don’t review fast food restaurants but making an exception. The crew from top to bottom was friendly and welcoming. The manager was on point running her team.
The food came out hot and in timely manner. The tables were noticeably clean and the condiments section was organized. I’m impressed and highly recommend this location.

Walked in the restaurant to pick up an order and not one customer in the in the dining area or in the drive-through. Stood there a total of probably just over five minutes The young man and young female behind the counter, looked up at me a few times never acknowledged Never said someone will be right with Literally pretended like I wasn’t there Look for a manager, but didn’t see one hopefully not one of these two were managers they both had headsets on very poor service

I’ve been to other locations in Pensacola, and this location never lets me down. Quickly service in the drive-thru, correct order every time and friendly workers. Keep it up Arby’s Crew!!

My family and I were so happily surprised with how friendly and ultra-clean the restaurant was! The staff was helpful and patient and read our large order back to be sure our picky eaters had theirs just right. Kids menu chicken was way overcooked to me, but they didn’t complain. Best Arbys I’ve been to. Really happy w the visit. We will be back! Gotta get those cheese sticks.

When you ask for sauce in the Drive Thru……. be specific!! On how many you are going to need. I asked for Arby’s and horsey sauce, I got 2 double beef and cheddar and 1 regular roast beef, they gave me 2 Arby’s sauce and 2 horsey. I didn’t have enough and threw one sandwich away, they aren’t that good without the sauce!!!

This place is usually on spot, BUT NOT TONIGHT! I ordered the BNC Half Pound Meal… BUT when I got home (2miles away)…. I got 2 little beef on buns with NO CHEDDAR!! The 6pc mozzarella sticks were already hard and cold. Plus to top it all off… NO NAPKINS! I called them and the girl told me that I could return ASAP or wait and come back tomorrow. I will not want it tomorrow, although I will be contacting the Manager. Plus I had already put on my PJ’s for the evening.
I use to manage a restaurant, and I understand when it gets late that everyone wants to go home, but at the end of everyday, someone is paying their hard earned money for what they order!!! I am extremely disappointed and will probably NEVER go back to this location!!
