Wow!!! This place is absolutely AMAZING! This was my first time discovering “The HoneyBirch Bakehouse” and to put it simply… EVERYTHING looked so delicious! First, I tried their CardaMom Knot (which is what they’re known for) and honestly I could have easily ordered 3 more and ate all 3 without hesitation, it’s that Good! I also tried their Cinn Roll w/ Cream Cheese Frosting and Fruit & Cheese Danish (both were TOP NOTCH!) Last but not least, I got a Bacon, Egg & Cheddar Breakfast Sandwich (which they make fresh after you place your order) and it’s BY FAR my new favorite breakfast sandwich in the city!
Go check them out TODAY! You will NOT be disappointed! They’re so good, that for myself, I will be making the drive all the way from North Olmsted just to come get their incredible Bakery!

The cardamom knot lived up to the hype—perfectly spiced and soft. The mushroom boureka, with whole mushrooms inside, was unexpectedly great. But the standout? Their baked cheesecake—creamy, fresh, and topped with berry preserve. Truly the best I’ve ever had.

Renee and Elan are the best ♥️ this was my weekly bakery stop for quite a while and I was never disappointed. Pastries are always amazing along with the sandwiches. I love the pepperoni rolls and focaccia pizza!! Great food, great people. Love you guys!

Super nice folks behind the counter! We ran in there desperate for sustenance after walking through museums and shops all morning. They fed us even though they were closing and were very pleasant to chat with. Amazing ham and cheese baguette with butter, perfect on the go meal that helped fuel us for one more round. The big saucer sized cookies were a perfect accompaniment after when I just wanted a little something sweet.

What a great new addition to the Larchmere food scene! A nice selection of fresh-baked breads, delicious sweet rolls (try the cardamom roll – I’m not normally a fan, but this is flavored very moderately), and a few savory-filled pastries.
They also have sandwiches and a nice selection of shelf goods like chocolate, condiments, and tinned fish. My new regular morning stop!
UPDATE – they have pizzas sometimes now and, not surprisingly, they are fantastic! So happy to have Elan and Renee in our neighborhood!

Went here with my wife for a quick birthday breakfast over the weekend and BBC everything we got was fantastic! We each had a Boureka and a muffin and got a sweet treat for the ride home! Highly recommend!

This place is a gem! I ordered the apple, fig and brie sandwich and a red velvet bundt cake. Food was delicious! The atmosphere and service were great as well. I will be coming back here regularly!!

I called in a fairly lengthy order. The owner was very friendly. I did not go in to pick it up but my husband did. He said it was very clean and welcoming inside.
I initially wanted to eat here because of the buttered baguette with Gruyère and ham. These sammies are a staple at euro train stations and I always look forward to eating them. I got mine with figgy jam rather than mustard. While the jam was delicious, I found it too sweet for me and will get mustard next time. My son got The Jakob with tapenade and couldn’t stop raving about it. My mom said her chicken salad was amazing. My husband also had The Jakob but without tapenade. He loved it. We got several baguettes and rustic loaves as well as cinnamon knots and cardamom knots, which were my favorite. (Thank you to the owner for the recommendation!)
This is definitely a must-go for delicious food. We will be returning.
