Today I didn’t get to enjoy my Jersey Mike’s salad much because the container was delivered by Uber Eats and it was upside down in the bag, and all the dressing spilled out to the bottom of the bag. Not your average Jersey Mike’s for sure! This place is a the first Jersey Mike’s I have been to where the team seem to have a so be it attitude. Was here on Wed at 11:15 AM, not busy at all.. But the staff didn’t welcome in, say hello or offer any kindness when ordering. The sandwiches were made without any real care at all, as seen in photo… The girl ringing up order acted as if we were more of an inconvenience than a valued customer. Not your normal experience in a Jersey Mike’s. The place seemed clean and the food was not bad. Seemed like the already small bag of chips has gotten smaller. For $4 for a kids handful of chips and .50 worth of soda is a big deterrent from returning. Subway was not looking half bad after that visit and that’s saying something! Hope this place get’s their franchise together….

The one on the cash register even had the audacity to complain to her friend next to her about me and my order. Needless to say never returning to your establishment, plenty of other locations to give my business too.

Third time ordering a sandwich from this store asking for no mayonnaise and they put extra mayo, seems like it’s being done on purpose. And speaking to the manager is useless because there is ”nothing she can do” and she has “no control” because her store gets “so busy”.
