Cool place. We were looking for a local bar with a pool table. After stopping by a few places that were a complete disappointment we stumbled onto The Eldorado. Atmosphere was great and the locals were friendly. The food was ok. If we’re ever out that way again we’d definitely stop in again.

Hubby and B-I-L wanted to go for the first time on a Thursday night for wing night.
Our server was an absolute sweetheart.
Our service was excellent.
However I’m short and round…I do not do well at hi-top tables as my feet dangle and go numb.
There was no other option for seating so I was extremely uncomfortable my whole visit.
Oh and I got the nacho grande as my meal and while it wasn’t horrible, I have definitely had better.
But hubs and B-I-L said wings were excellent.
THEY will be back.
Me not so much…I don’t feel like having numbness from my toes to my hip again any time soon.

I got wings with the sauce on the side so they wouldn’t get soggy and they were so so good I don’t know what kind of breading that is but it’s delicious. I’m only knocking off a star because the beer is way more money than it should be. A bottled drink is about $4.25 at least mine were I got two and it was $8.50 but all the food I got was seriously delicious especially those pizza egg rolls and the fresh cut fries I probably won’t drink here but I’ll order food again

Went here today. Ordered dozen buffalo wings, 6 garlic Parmesan wings, hot pepper cheese balls, fresh cut fries and drank Yuengling. Beer was warm and foamy. The keg room temp must be too high. The fries and hot pepper cheese balls were decent. Now for the wings. Came out with a bit of Buffalo sauce on them. More would have been better but okay. Go to start to eat them and notice little hairs all over the 16 of them. There was even 3 long feathers the length of my middle finger. The dang wings weren’t even plucked good enough or even prepped right. I get sometimes there are bits of feathers still attached especially when getting from butcher shop but atleast take the time to blow torch them off before frying them. Inform the waitress about feathers and she proceeds to tell us it’s normal and to just pluck them off. She gets them all the time and just removes the hairs. Um say what???? I would have had to remove all the skin, breading and sauce. Not really a wing at that point. This is totally not normal. I’ve eaten tons of wings and never had to remove hairs or even had a whole feather cooked in let alone 3. Needless to say they wouldn’t even comp us the wings. So definitely never going back there and telling everyone I know about our ridiculous experience there. Oh and they have a sign on chalkboard that says 22 ounce domestic beers $3, but another that says $4.25 that is behind bar. When asking about the price difference the waitress said the $3 was from over two years ago and they just haven’t removed it or changed it. Lazy and false advertising much?

The Eldorado bar is a great place to get wings, fries, burgers, alcohol, and play pool.
And visit with friends. The service is great, and they will let you know if it will be a while on your food. Which is common, but it is worth the wait

I’m a native of Stamford, Connecticut and I moved to PA 2 ½ years ago and coming to The Eldorado was an amazing experience. The staff and community here are good people. Katie, Emily, Laura, Brooke, and Victoria are the coolest bartenders/costumers I’ve come in contact with. They made me feel at home away from home and I’m grateful to have met them. First time here, amazing time. The inside is very neat, tidy, and beautiful. The design is quite unique with the wood finish. The drinks are awesome and cheap, and they do custom drinks. The wings are the best of any place I have ever been. $6.50 for a dozen full size wings. The sauce was to die for.
