Update to reply…it’s not a mistake. It was 100% this location. I’ve tried to get soup on more than one occasion and was told they don’t have any left even though it was only 2-3 in the afternoon, the rude woman said they don’t keep soup on all day and when it’s gone it’s gone or something to that effect.

Called to order a ham for pickup. Asked for a 12 plus pound ham. The women said she didn’t know if she had one and would not look to see if they had one. Told me she was too busy to help. Why answer the phone? Hams are great but this store has rude, unhelpful people working there. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one that thinks so. I believe the corp. office should informed.

Ham and turkey breast were good. We pre-ordered the meal with sides we wanted, scheduled the pick up time and then when we got there they were out of the sides. I don’t understand the need to pre-order if they are not pulling the order for your pick up.

This place is amazing!! The cookies, the ham, and the staff are just all high quality. There was one worker who actually took the time to help make my daughter comfortable and happy, it was heart warming. I say two-thumbs up for managment and I hope more places adopt their techniques for customer satisfaction.

Not only do I love the food but I love the employees just as much. I have gotten everything from their hams to their frozen dinner sides to their hand made sandwiches and soups. I absolutely love it all. Taylor the manager and her whole entire crew are the best around!

Went to the Boardman location today and the owner was kinda rude. Told me they had 8 more sandwiches to make before taking care of me. No one else was in the store. Two people making sandwiches and one couldn’t stop to help a walk in customer. Must be doing okay since they didn’t take my order. Never again will I go there.
