Cashier who was training the “trainee” was very rude during the lunch service on 4/25/23 when she responded to my request to apply reward points to our company credit card, even though SHE herself had been applying the rewards for over a year. She responded by saying “That won’t work” instead of maybe a more professional approach by explaining the change, if there was one, instead of just abruptly calling someone out in front of everyone. I’ve been placing large office orders at the DB location for over a year but I can assure you, we will not anymore. I hope the first responder 1/2 off orders are sustaining and you are able to reach your goals at this location. Good luck.

First time there. Amazing place to look at when walking in and very clean and very polite staff. The problem is when I ordered a SIGNATURE SANDWICH ON WHITE INSTEAD OF THE CROISSANT they handed me my box right away. I went to sit in the parking lot to eat this sandwich I heard that was so good and show my husband on video chat how good THERE WAS NO BREAD! I went back inside cutting my hour lunch break short and told the girl behind the counter there was no bread. She said “oh I thought because you didn’t want the croissant you didn’t want any bread.” I said “why would I order a signature sandwich on white with honey mustard and everything that goes on it and not get bread?” It’s a Signature sandwich. I usually give a place 3x before I count them out so okay strike 1. First impression was not so good. So I got back to the car to eat and took a bite it was not white bread either. Not sure what that was but not white. Didn’t have time to fight it again so I ate half of it before I had to get back to work. Despite the incorrect sandwich completely the sandwich was fresh lol. Not mad but just dang! When I go again it won’t be on limited time so I can make sure I get the bread I want or bread in general. PS… the potato salad is amazing and the cookie haha.

The ham was exceptional. The bacon? So delicious it’s indescribable and I’m still enjoying the ham and bean soup. This was my first year trying the soup mix and it’s very very good. Easy to make; real comfort food.

I’ve never left a bad review anywhere, but this place just took the cake. Food was okay, though the order was still wrong after the clerk gave attitude about modifying it… and I quote “well I just asked you that and you said no but okay”. How we got attitude and a wrong order is confusing. She also stated that she couldn’t take our loyalty card as “it’s a palm coast card”, but we’ve used this exact card at this exact location before. Won’t be returning.
