I have been to the location in Carrollton several times. This was my first visit to this location. The service was excellent. Shamar was my server. I ordered the Ham and Swiss Sliders. They came out very quickly and had a delicious flavor. This location is highly recommended! If you are in the area to see a movie, just let them know you are in a hurry, and they will get your food out fast.

Went to pick up a ham for a weekend gathering and I wasn’t sure the size. The wonderful person helped me and was knowledgeable and very kind. A smile goes along ways! Prices are slightly high but the ham is delicious. Better get it now!

So I ordered and paid for a Friendsgiving meal from the Newnan location for Saturday, 11/26/22. When I arrived at the scheduled time (11-11:30am), I found the store closed, although the posted hours clearly show they should have been open for hours already. So I paid for a complete meal, but unable to pick it up? They also failed to communicate mentioning any issues with fulfilling an order. The number on the door for inquiries is missing digits (not surprised considering the shadiness of this business), so I called corporate.

I went there for lunch yesterday. My sandwich wasn’t too bad but after waiting for 15 min and wondering where my order was… the server had to ask me son what I ordered. Took another 10 min before I got it. Then… they were getting together a 200 person order and as they were boxing it the server’s hair was going into the boxes as they were being put together. Gross. My first time and my last time there for sure.

Very very disappointing because this was my GO to place for the best ham and turkey in town. For big occassions and just to pick up sliced small portion packages for snacks and sandwiches…until recently. I’d stopped going but decided to give them a try yesturday. Picked up a package of sliced ham and one with turkey. Got home to discovery the ham was sticky and slimy. when I pulled slices apart it looked like snot pulling away. The turkey was difinitely old. It felt like cardboard, smelled rancid and had slightly green edging. I immediately returned this and was refunded. Yet one more example of prices soaring while goods and serves hit rock bottom.

Ordered a ham online for a family gathering. Thought of the glazed ham made my mouth water. Went to pick it up the next day, and door was locked, but a person was inside. It was business hours. Come to find, the (Glazer) did not come to work and I was SOL! Grrrrr, they didn’t have a backup, or offers of redemption. Never got my ham. Felt like I disappointed people. Ughhhhhh! To think they would have their act together during the holidays.

Order a 8 lbs Ham at the Newnan location, to pick up on 11/23/22 at 12.30 pm, by the time that I got to the store, it was a 4 hrs wait time in line to get the order. I am not going to waist 4 hrs of my time for a ham, so won’t be any on the Thanksgiving dinner.

I placed an online order for a turkey meal to pick up Friday. When I got there at 10a.m. I was met by the doors being locked. The lady inside opened the door to explain that they wasn’t able to help me since all the employees had walked out Wednesday night and no one was there that knew how to glaze the turkey or hams and she was only the reversation person. She also told me that the manager wasn’t there. I was told later that the manager was off taking care of personal business since she had had an accident and wouldn’t be in until Monday. My company gave all its employees a certificate for half a ham. I had to go to the Fayetteville store to get my turkey and ham. But since my certificate was only good at the Newnan store I couldn’t use it at the Fayetteville store. I was not able to get my order canceled since the person there didn’t know how to do it. Let’s see how Ling it will take for me to get my money back from the pre-order I have already paid for. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone.

Me and my family decided to venture out tonight and try something new, we’ve never tried it so decided why the heck not. . Well let me just say first the staff was AMAZING so fast, and so friendly and the food.. The food was delicious we all (my husband, myself and my two kids ages 10 and 3) all got the Tavern club and loved it! Shockingly my 3yr old ate it so that was a BIG win for me! The pricing was decent as well we were given a $50 GC for the holiday and we were able ti get 4 meals(sandwhich, drink and chips) and a pack of their presliced Ham to take home all for that price!Definitely a GREAT first impression and we will be back!

First time here….I reserved a spot for a specific time that I was told had to be there. Order was pre-paid. When I arrived, the line was out the door and down the street. It’s the holidays so understandable it was busy. Called the store and told them I have a pre-paid order thinking I can grab it and go. Lady on the phone said I’ll have to wait in line regardless. So an hour and a half later I finally make it inside to see three separate lines…1 placing orders, 1 pick up pay in store, and 1 pre paid pick up which was actually the longest. Waited some more only to be told that they didn’t have the two turkey breast orders I placed ready yet. Waited some more…. luckily I finally got what I ordered. It was very chaotic and unorganized. Lots of people outside were already so frustrated because they too had an already pre paid order. Pretty much defeats the purpose of scheduled orders. Unfortunately, I won’t be shopping here again.
