We make it a point to stop at this Honey Baked Ham every time we are in Salisbury! The owner is very personable and welcoming! You can tell he really enjoys what he does and shows it with a smile! Best potato salad ever!! Food is always fresh and the store is always clean.

How are you going to have only 1 employee working?! That one employee was very sweet but he TOOK ORDERS AND HAD TO MAKE THEM. It did take a while for us to get our food since it was somewhat busy. Whoever the manager is here should be ashamed!!!!

Everyone is always kind and helpful. The gentleman that runs that store is SO KIND and considerate of his customers and always takes the time to actually speak to his customers as though you had been friends forever. The food isn’t bad either,lol!! I love the tavern club sandwich. There is ALWAYS an ample amount of meat on the sandwich and the bread is so fresh. Love it!!!

I’m familiar with the food, which is always phenomenal, when we have it at work. I decided to share the deliciousness with my family tonight. I ordered sandwich one with no mayo or honey mustard. Sandwich 2 with no onion or tomato. Sandwich one had both mayo and honey mustard. Sandwich 2 had no onions but still had tomato. Disappointed since it was expensive and over a 10 minute drive back to the store.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat this afternoon… Had the Ham & Cheese on a roll and some Fresh Baked Cookies!!!! Yum!!! We’ll be back. P.S. the Staff was really Friendly, the Food was Fast & the Bathrooms were Clean. Plus it’s right off of 85 easy to get to!

The manager with the piercing in her face was rude and seemed as if she was high which is unacceptable at the work place. It saddens me how companies are allowing every and anybody to work there. I will make sure I tell my family to never goto this location again either as well. It’s bad when you loose customers because of rude, nasty attitude employees . I would give this place 0 stars if I could.I also asked to speak to the owner, the manager and the African American lady stated there won’t be any way of speaking to the owner . If the owner sees this message, please respond with your number so I can file a formal call complaint on this manger . I never in my life experienced horrible customer service like this!

I ordered a ham b4 Christmas in hopes my family was able to meet. Unfortunately, when I ordered I used a gift card my company gave and when an unfortunate event happened, I had to call and cancel. Well, I threw the card out and was near a loss. I spoke with owner Nader about my family issues and he was more than happy to help!! He pushed the order thru and put it on hold inside the office! Now as an owner he didn’t have to do anything but do a partial refund but instead he said here is MY number you call me when you are able. Unfortunately, the outcome on my family was not good. I reached out to Nader and his group and decided to do a little something and He knew exactly who I was !! What owner takes the time to get to know you and give out his ## to make sure you are taken care of??? This store did!! Go in and have this owner get to know you and your family needs!! He’s top notch! He and his crew were awesome!! Thank you from my family!
