Food was a disappointment. I have been a customer for 30 years and have been very disappointed the last two time I ordered takeout. Food I picked up at noontime today tasted like last nights leftovers. General Tao’s chicken was soggy and only lightly fried. Chicken wings were dry and overcooked. Fried rice and beef and broccoli were very good and freshly cooked.

So here goes. I ordered tea with my food and I got what I would consider was a child’s size glass. We all know these glasses are gonna be full of ice so even less to drink aside of small glass. Waitress took way too long to refill my tea and where I was really upset was I was charged for every single little refill. I’m a full grown man, how can an 8oz glass full of ice be enough? Then to purposely charge per refill? I believe the food is great here but won’t be eating in again. Service was poor from this one particular waitress on a slow night. She has no excuse.

got takeout, two lunch specials, and i’ve never been more disappointed. food tasted old, soggy, oily and the little flavor it had was bizarre. not to mention the “chow mein” was a goopy mix of onions and gravy with barely any noodles. felt incredibly sick after, even just looking at the food diminished any appetite we had. my daughter couldn’t keep her food down and threw it up. it felt shameful eating the food. DEFINITELY would not recommend eating here unless you want to be throwing up in disgust.

I visit RI frequently and try to make a stop at Pagoda Inn each time. The last time we went was one of the best visits we’ve had in a while. Food was steaming hot and fresh, and delicious as always. I wish we had a place like this in NH!!
