First off I just want to say what an amazing breakfast/lunch spot. My wife and I generally try to find places to go on the weekend for a good breakfast and the hen and the hog has blown us away. My wife had the chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon and I had the steak and eggs. We both shared the Mimosa bottle ( I probably drank a lot more than she did ) but it was delicious nonetheless. We had outstanding service from Barbie who waited on us provided good menu selections as well as great conversation. Will return with my family as well as friends!

Always love The Hen and the Hog for an early morning weekend breakfast. Thankfully we wake up early as it is difficult to find parking during peak times, but the local restaurant is always outstanding. Everything is made to order, fresh and delicious. The menu is extensive with options for everyone. The staff is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. My mom wife had a meat skillet and I had oatmeal with blueberries and bananas. My item is simple and delicious, but everything on the menus is amazing.

Very nice place to grab a bite to eat! Lovely ambiance, friendly staff, clean and the food is beyond! Glad i did a quick stop! Our waitress “Izzy” with her sweatest smile made the experience perfect! Absolutely worth the go!

Took a 24 minute drive to try this place and we were not disappointed. On point on everything we ordered. All fresh cut up vegetables and deliciously properly prepared and seasoned. Not salty and not bland either. A hole in the wall but definitely NOT a run down place. In fact, properly managed with a staff assigned to seat people. We woke up early to be here by 10am on a Saturday .. lol based on reviews of long line. By the time we arrived, there’s still plenty of seats I guess because the snow birds were no longer around since it’s already in June. Parking was tough by the time we arrived but we got the last spot so be aware of that.
