Had the BBQ bacon burger and fries, with tip it was touching 20 dollars. Burger was good, and I liked it, but the fries were hard. I assume that they were cooked before, not used, and cooked again when I ordered. They were hard and kind of brittle to eat. Terrible. Waste might be terrible too, but toss the old fries and make new. You guys charge too much to be so cheap over French fries.

I have been given this location so many chances since they opened because I worked at a Habit in CA as my first job. There actually hasn’t been a time where the food order is 100% correct. More times then not the burgers or sandwiches are sloppy and carelessly made. Today is personally my last time ever ordering there again! I hope the company gets this location into shape especially with prices rising everywhere.

Great burger, butt poorly managed business. At 11 AM you look closed. Vacant lot next door needs mowing and there’s not a car in the parking lot so I circled the building twice. Wondering if you are open. There is no handle on the inside of the men’s room. The other wise delicious hamburger was wrapped, super tight and smooshed like a tortilla.

Ordering was easy since they have two ordering machines. The main hassle was the waiting time. Even though I received a text saying that my order was ready, but it took them so long to deliver. I literally had to wait half an hour, go and talk with the staff multiple times whether my order was ready. Finally, one of the staff looked at my receipt and the items ordered, and did it himself.

Finally another Fast Casual option in Sammamish. If you’re wondering what to order you can’t go wrong with burgers, fries, onion rings and their salads are fire too! Given they just opened, be mindful of the line/wait since they’re still sorting out operational stuff. Food is still great quality & the employees are nice & friendly.
