What a place! While not cheap was worth it. Pulled up on a rented pontoon boat which is a nice touch. They had outdoor, sheltered and inside seating. The food was delicious! Unexpectedly good. I’ve been to a few of these coast line cafes and they seem to focus on deep fried fish. This place was different. I had the lobster and shrimp roll, which was great and the fries were amazing. The wife had fish tacos which were also great. Servers responded well when we realised something was missing from the order (our fault) and dealt with it very professionally and quickly delivered the missing meal. All in all really like it- we will be back (when we buy a boat)

This is a great place to eat and relax with either a large family or meet up for a date! It is outdoors, so make sure the weather is comfortable when you go. I recommend going on an overcast day or in the evening during sunset. There is covered (tents) seating available when the weather is less than perfect.

Highly recommend! We stopped by for lunch and the really loved this restaurant. The seating area is large and has a variety of table sizes – perfect for a small family lunch and smaller events and gatherings with friends! We really loved the small activities areas including small games for kids, cornhole, and waterfront view of the boats going by.

Kristen was fabulous. She took our order. It was delivered to us quickly and was delicious. I had a rice bowl, she had the catch of the day her mother had one of the fresh fish sandwiches. They have a full bar and lots of cocktails and options. It’s family-friendly, and relaxing. Just a wonderful way to relax and enjoy the view. Great place for family brunch, girls lunch or just a relaxing dinner.

The mood and the atmosphere of The Gulf is just so laid back and inviting. I could imagine that the owners intent was to allow patrons to relax, partake is great easy-going food and drinks, and simply enjoy the waterfront view. If this was the plan, then you have achieved just that. The easy vibe allowed us to place our order from an uncomplicated menu and choose a seat from various views, of which a waiter would bring our food.
