We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner at the $5-$10-$15 Grill Room since they took over. Overall we are very happy with service, food & pricing. It is the place we bring all of our out of town guests. Patio dining at its best weather permitting. Great selection for everyone. I highly recommend to everyone.

Ordered a Cobb salad. Chicken was dry with crisp edges. More bacon in the salad than anything else. No avocado found anywhere. This was their second chance. The first was a pastrami sandwich which had dry crisp meat between the bread layers. I have been very disappointed with these two visits. There isn’t a lot to pick from in Pahrump as far as restaurants with good food. But the Grill Room was one that could have been depended on fir good food.

Our waitress Charity was extremely rude. She had a terrible attitude and when my cheeseburger arrived without cheese she said I hadn’t ordered it with cheese. It’s a CHEESEBURGER. She is a terrible waitress and makes us feel uncomfortable every time we have her.

The Grill Room Restaurant is a business open to the public, correct? Where people can order food and exchange money for that food? Not so much, I guess.
I tried to call ahead to place an order for my family for my mother’s 73rd birthday and was disappointed no one answered the phone. Since she had her heart set on the Grill Room and my father was getting hangry and both have mobility issues, I decided to go ahead and drive on over during business hours and pick up food for our small group.
We only had seven dishes to be ordered- nothing complicated, and most of the order contained items that had to be assembled rather than cooked. Both the restaurant and the bar had several open tables. I went to the bar to place the order (standard for this establishment if you are placing a to-go order and it is something our family has done on multiple occasions in the past).
The bartender (nice, but needing some concentrated customer service training) told me that the kitchen was not taking any to- go orders because they were “too busy”. Yes, too busy for customers who want to give them lots of money. At a restaurant that was nowhere near capacity.
Oddly, my friend had sat down at a table while he waited for me to order and the waiter was happy to take his order. So, we can sit and order, but we can’t stand and order? We weren’t going to take up a big table, so other customers could use those seats very soon! There was no line to get in. What’s the difference?
My suggestions to the Grill Room for future positive customer experiences:
1. Management needs retraining on how to schedule for restaurants; paying special attention to game days and weekend lunch time shifts.
2. If you take to -go orders, be consistent. ALWAYS. Customers can’t trust a business that changes their protocol arbitrarily.
3. Don’t assume to-go order customers will not tip. I tip well whether or not we dine-in. Your entire staff lost a huge chunk of change yesterday.
4. Pahrump is a growing town, and whether or not your management wants to accept it, most people have a higher standard than what was provided by the Grill Room yesterday.
New businesses are coming for your customers, and they will take them.
This used to be one of Mom’s favorite restaurants in the whole town for our family get togethers until yesterday. She is so disappointed in this restaurant she was once proud to bring visitors to. Nice work. You lost not only her, but everyone who she used to bring to the Grill Room. What a shame for this restaurant.

Well we finally stopped in for our 1st meal at The Grill! FANTASTIC. hands down the best restaurant in Pahrump. Priced very well. I ordered the calamari to split between us and it was enough to split between 4! Taste was excellent. I ordered the meatball sandwich, again excellent. The tacos were great as well. (I was told)! The menu is terrific. The staff was very professional. The view from the dinning area just great. I have only one complaint; that we didn’t come months ago!!!! We will be back.
Well we came back! 5/4/2021
Decided to order lunch while enjoying the heated pool!! Ordered from the snack bar and had beers and pastrami sandwiches and their tacos. Wait staff was very helpful, professional and fast. The beers were very cold, the food was delicious, hot, and served very fast and with a smile!! Great place to swim and have lunch while looking out at the beautiful surroundings. GREAT LUNCH GREAT PRICE

Me and my wife came in for our first time and had the pizza the chicken quesadilla and onion rings and a side salads. Pizza could use a little work, the chicken quesadilla had too much chicken and no flavor. Good service good environment will definitely come back.

Manager today (9/10/2023) was hostile to my friend visiting from Reno with her service dog. My friend is disabled and she was driving through Pahrump en route to visiting family in LV and suggested stopping to meeting for lunch and I invited her to the Grill and was embarrassed by the tone of the manager who interrogated her as we were walking in as to the nature of her disability and then publicly reprimanded our server for providing water in a plastic disposable container for her service dog. The manager said that the dog was not allowed to have water as it was a health code violation. I can’t find anything in Nevada Revised Statute that states providing water to a service dog in a disposable to go container is a health code violation. Our poor server was embarrassed and upset that she was not allowed to give my friend’s dog more water, and the manager was too much of a coward to come to our table to tell us herself that the dog was not permitted to have water. I will never patronize this business again as it is hostile to patrons who are ADA qualified as well as their service dogs. By the way, we were sitting on the patio, outside, and in all my years of patronizing restaurants have I ever been refused water for a dog, let alone a service dog, until today.

My husband, our friend and I went to 5 10 15 restaurant on the gulf course in pahrump, NV for lunch. Even though it was cleaned the service was horrible. We constantly had to ask for refils, condiments, to go boxes, and our bill. Our food was also very cold when it reached our table. We waited about 10 minutes before qe first were waited on. The waitress never asked how the food qas and ignored us when she passed out table about 10 times arrangeing tables around us. W other than 2 other tables that already had thier food we were the only ones there. We had to ask for the check after sitting there for 20 minutes. My husband’s coffee tasted burnt and very old. We all were not please. We will never go back.
