My fiancé could not get such a simple thing as a cup of smoothie. The girl was adding water 3 (!) times and running the blender over and over again. Result was horrible. Got another cup, this time I decided to try – watery substance with slight fruity taste. Gave it back, “manager” didn’t apologise but offered money back. Keep it guys, may be it will help you to train your stuff.

I visited for my birthday and was acknowledged by the guy which I appreciated as most businesses now ignore you while you stand at the register. Jasmine brought my smoothie to me with a smile and wrote a sweet note for my birthday. It’s the little things and I appreciate these two for making an effort despite being very busy. Thank you two!!

Stopped by this location as we usually do when we visit the mall and asked for the usual. I had my 4 year old with me and I always ask them to put the leftover ( that they just throw out) in a small cup for my daughter… they stated I had to pay for the extra and also for a cup…???? What.. I have to pay for the extra stuff you’re throwing out??? I’ve never heard that…. I’ve been to many locations and not once have I been told this foolishness… I paid, but I won’t be stopping by this location again…

Cashier completely ignoring customers. Line extending maybe 7-10 groups of guests (2-5 people in each group) not being helped or told anything by the cashier.
Really can’t blame them. Ignorant and greedy owners not allowing the labor budget to staff up correctly. Can’t run a business in the mall with 2 people, especially if they’re slow.

The blonde girl that took my order on Sunday October 26 was very rude and disrespectful, she was slamming drinks on the counter, would ignore the customers at the register and snatched my drink when I told her it was the wrong order. Horrible customer service. And the fruit from my açaí bowl didn’t taste right.

Don’t know her name, but the little blonde hair girl working on March 21st after 7pm.
Horrible attitude from the jump.. first off, there was a line of people waiting for almost 10 mins before she came out the back.
“What do you want” is what she says . No smoke or anything.
After ordering, she goes to the back for another 10 mins. When she finally comes out, she just slams the bag on the counter. Didn’t even tell me it was my order just walked away.
Next time that I come back, the attitude and atmosphere needs to better.. or I will hurt someone’s feelings.

I purchased a Hummus Veggie salad last week as a takeout order. I already left the mall and was several miles away until I realized there was no hummus with my salad. I went back to the same location days later and explained what happened. The young girl came out and said she was the manager. She stated that their policy is to only exchange the food for something different if I had the food present and would not replace my food for what I originally paid for. I showed her the photo of my order, showing her that there was no hummus in my salad. I was confused because most businesses realize if a mistake was made then they try to make the situation correct for their customers. Apparently customers do not come first at this location. She offered no apology and said that’s their policy. I will never go back there again. Extremely poor customer service.
