I really do like supporting local businesses, but I was understandably upset today. I ordered a Jalapeno Popper grilled cheese at $8, and was fine paying that price because I assumed it came with a side of chips or something. I was wrong. And when I got back to work, they gave me the wrong sandwich! 2 pieces of sourdough with a couple slices of Kraft Singles slapped between them….for $8!! Just a plain grilled cheese with no jalapenos or anything on it! I only get 30 minutes for my lunch, so I didn’t have time to go back and request that they make it right. Very disappointing first (and last!) experience, I regret to say

13$ for a grilled cheese sandwich with steak is a little steep. Steak should have more seasoning. Also, can of pop 2$. I know a food truck will charge more, but I expected more for 15$. Owners are very personable, and what they have going is a great idea.

This business is mobile and they set up behind my workplace today. This sandwich, as shown in my photo, has a generous amount of ham and is perfectly cooked. The soup was very good as well. It was served in a small cup that might normally be used for cappuccino.
