This is a beautiful lounge located within the Grand American Hotel. The place is super classy and a great establishment to visit for date night or a sophisticated after work meeting place. We couldn’t recommend Gibson Lounge highly enough. Loved the atmosphere here, and the bread pudding is awesome, BTW!

The place itself is beautiful, and the food was excellent. The environment was amazing
Unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We waited over 35 minutes and we had to ask for it.
We asked for water, and it never arrived. At no point did we feel welcomed or valued as customers.
The lack of basic service and warmth made the experience uncomfortable. It genuinely felt as though only certain customers were acknowledged, which is disheartening and not what one expects from a place with such great potential.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the space and food deserve service that is inclusive, attentive, and respectful to all guests.

Hotel lounge, open area with couches and lounge type chairs. If you are looking for a small snack and good cocktails in a quiet relaxing environment check it out.

My Fiancé was getting a massage in the spa (which she says was GREAT) meanwhile to kill time I entered the bar and asked the bartender where the restroom was and that I would be back to order a drink. Upon returning to the bar there were no open tables so I opted to sit at a chair against the wall. The staff made several trips around the room hitting every couple and table multiple times along the way without even acknowledging me or asking if I needed anything. I was there from ~6:00PM-6:40PM on a Friday night spending close to $200/hr on Spa services. Not being acknowledged was an incredible oversight by the staff and a huge disappointment for an establishment that wants to consider themselves world class. The atmosphere of the bar is beautiful and cozy. I can’t accurately rate the service because I received NONE.

If by vintage, you mean 30 minutes for chicken wings because you had to go out and kill the chicken, pluck it , then , cook it sure.
Wings took forever, and was luke warm. I’ve had better turkey sandwiches from 7-11.
2nd time I was there in a month both times awful. We were 1 of two tables at the time.
Expected much more from “Grand” America.

Very cool old school hotel bar vibes. Halloween decor was a nice touch and drinks were tasty! The hotel is beautiful to walk around even if you aren’t staying there!

We only went for drinks and the servers were patient, fun, and knowledgeable of the menu. The drinks were unique and great! Prices were a bit up there but honestly worth it for the quality and experience.

This lounge used to be such a nice place for a drink after dinner. As I type this, it’s a loud dance room with a DJ at a turn table, elder-millennial hipsters dancing around the loveseats, and a few of us regulars staring wide-eyed wondering what’s going on. This is NOT the Gibson Lounge. The drinks are still pretty great and the seats still so comfy. 2/5

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, the server gave us a hard time for sitting at a dirty table when there was no other table available for a party our size. Literally shamed us for having to wipe a table down. After we told him we wanted separate checks he told us we would have to walk up to the bar to order our drinks. Whatever, we were annoyed but appeased him. He DID NOT serve us at all but had the audacity to add auto gratuity to each of our drink orders without telling us, like 20%. We all tipped on top of our bill bc we were not privy to this. We have all worked in the service industry and were appalled by this shady business after figuring it out once back at our table, being charged $20 for drinks listed for $16 on the menu. So gross. Future customers beware.

My girlfriends and I came in for a drink and the atmosphere was off. The bartender came to our table very upset that we sat down before the table was wiped off. He then made us walk up to the bar to get our drinks because we were paying separately and proceeded to autograt each of us. My 12 dollar Prosecco was 15.86 and I tipped him out of obligation not know he already charged me 20 extra percent. Baaaaaad business.
