Been coming to the location from over a year and all I can say is employees and management have both patients and tolerance with all different kinds of crowds coming into the location. Usually always busy with lots of customers yet employees always seem to maintain the most positive attitude towards customers. The food is always freshly made and tastes amazing. The ambient sometimes isn’t the best for a family friendly environment but yet is handle as professional best I have seen in all of Houston! Remember kindness is always we should all have at one another especially. Restaurant is always clean and maintained in order for the location it’s in. Restrooms are also very cleaned and other locations should trying to mirror this location positive attitude and hardworking dedication

Stopped by Saturday morning for breakfast. The food was fresh and good, but the drive-thru wait was very long. After waiting quite a while, I had to go inside to ask about our order. The inside looked hectic and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Parking is very limited, and the drive-thru line was so backed up that some cars were waiting in the street just to get in.

This is the absolute WORST McDonald’s that I have ever seen in my 60+ years circling the sun. The dining room area was filthy. Homeless people were hassling the paying customers AND the crew members were rude. I ordered the Spicy McChicken meal and what I received was so overcooked and burnt it was almost inedible. The person calling out the order numbers for pickup obviously couldn’t read, that or she didn’t care as she blatantly called out the wrong customer number for my order. If that wasn’t enough she was extremely rude to the guests, totally lacking in customer service skills. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Not the worst McDonald’s by far, but you will be probably bothered by the streefolk. It’s the best place to go in Montrose to get something quick to drink & eat but they move so slow.
They keep it literally hotter than hell in there and I’m sure the reason why is so no one lingers. Historically it had been a place where people linger to get out of the heat so I understand.
The lobby is usually dirty and the bathrooms are worse, but at least they don’t lock the bathrooms with a code.
McDonald’s as a whole needs to step up their game as far as visual appeal and customer service. And that probably starts with paying your employees and managers an actual living wage instead of just something a high schooler would accept 18.00- 20.00 an hour for crew 24.00-28.00 hourly for managers plus bonuses.
We wonder why fast food has the worst reputation it’s because of the disparity between what we expect to receive and what we give.

I work 2nd shift and didn’t bring my lunch so I headed to McDonald’s lets just say everytime I’ve come to this location they’ve always got a line, my food is ALWAYS HOT and I never have to ask for fresh fries and the customer service is top tier. Last night I had the pleasure of being helped in the drive thru by I believe her name is Rayden she moved here not too long ago from LA, but her customer service made my day. Keep it up young lady and to the HR person that hires for this location you need to do training at other locations (with the exception of the one in Spring). Thank you Rayden for being that ray of sunshine. I’ve never had bad customer service here, hers was just that good.

Have been to this location several times for a drink, iced coffee or iced tea. It’s a bit slower and quieter in the late evening otherwise there’s people coming in and out. One of the times my coffee didn’t have much flavor, vanilla. They added too little vanilla or none at all. They removed the hazelnut flavor. That was my favorite. Anyways I sat for a while for my drink. And enjoyed!

Ordered breakfast before 10:30 on doordash but they decided it was too late for them to make it. I know it wasn’t a dasher issue because I had 2 assigned dashers that waited for 15 minutes each. My order wasn’t cancelled until 11:00am. It’s messed up how they wait so long to reject an order simply because staff wants to cut breakfast early. I could have ordered at another McDonalds that cuts the breakfast at 10:30 and was willing to make my order. Now I’m out of breakfast and $14 for 5 days. It’s not about the money just the inconvenience and lost time. McDonalds staff if you don’t want to deal with breakfast take it up with corporate and doordash, not the customer. If I can still order on the app it should be made.

Between yesterday and today I AM OVER THIS LOCATIONS LACK OF SERVICE.
I spent half an hour waiting in curbside last night just to have to go inside and repeat my order numerous times in order to receive my food.
Now, it’s about to be another half hour of me sitting and waiting pulled up in the drive thru lane like I was asked to do with no order in sight. To top it off, my order is extremely small and simple!
This location used to have better service but it has DRASTICALLY GONE DOWN HILL!!!!
