Ese McDonald’s es una estafa, no son como todos los demás, atienden lento, mala manera y para colmo ayer 01/17/2026 fuimos a comprar por la ventanilla, ordené Mac chicken meal, 10 peaces nuggets meal and 2 small caramel frappe. But surprised! My chicken nuggets box was empty no nuggets only a slice of cheese. That was a scam! I can’t believe that a corporation as big as McDonald’s could be such a rip-off. This isn’t the first time they’ve done something like this to me. One day I bought a chicken biscuit and it came without any chicken. The managers at that place need to pay more attention.

Would be really great if they’d take orders evenly in the drive-thru. Every. Single. Time. we come to this location, they will take 6 orders in a row on one side while leaving the other side completely unattended. It never fails. Take one order on the left. Then one order on the right. Not leave one side completely unattended for 20 minutes. We are sitting here watching 8 cars get served in the left side when there was a single car in the right lane when we pulled up behind it who eventually got pissed off and just left.

My wife and I haven’t been to this location in a while, so we didn’t know what to expect. As we were on our way out of town with a long drive ahead, we placed a mobile order and got into the 2-lane drive-thru to pick up a couple of iced coffees, a large fry (to share), and a double cheeseburger.

The lines looked even so we picked one and waited. And waited. And waited. Cars kept moving forward in the other lane, just not ours. Whomever was in front of us, either had an issue reading the menu, making up their mind, or was from another solar system and had never been to a McDonald’s.

When it was finally our turn, we communicated our pickup efficiently, proceeded to the first window, got our receipt and then to the 2nd window where we were asked to pull up and wait for someone to bring our order out.

A couple of minutes later, a woman brings us a food bag and turns to go back inside.
My wife calls behind her, “Ma’am, what about our coffees?”
Worker: “What kind of coffee?”
Wife: “Iced coffees. Hold on, here’s the receipt. They were customized.”
Worker: “But what kind? Caramel?”
Wife: “Yes, but they were special orders.”
Worker: Oh, Ok. Let me get those.”

While we waited, I tried the fries and they were undersalted (to my taste), so I went inside to get a packet. Upon entering, the dining room was moderately populated and several tables needed to be cleaned. The front area was messy as well and the workers looked frazzled trying to fulfill orders. I waited patiently for someone to help the customer in front of me and waited for other customers to get their orders. Finally a young woman asked me what I need and proceeded to give me about a dozen packs of salt.

I get back to the car just as our coffees were brought out. The coffees were leaking and the worker says, “We have a squirter!”, as she handed the coffees over.

They were undersweetened. Fries were good with the added salt. Burger was fine as it came.

Will avoid this location in the future.

Food was super warm and yummy. I paid extra for large fries and I finally actually had a full box of fries. Thank u. I ordered online so my order would be ready when I get there not so I would have to sit in line for 20 mins. When confronted I got a tad bit of sass. Which I didn’t reply back bc I didn’t want it to escalate. In all I’m not really complaining just saying.

The service was satisfactory, with friendly staff members available to assist customers. The food quality was consistently average, meeting basic expectations for a quick meal. The restaurant itself was generally clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, improvements could be made to enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, it’s a decent option for a fast-food meal, but there is room for improvement.

When someone asks for a sugar free iced coffee, confirms and both windows that it is in fact sugar free, the you get home and give said coffee to your diabetic mother and her blood sugar skyrockets to almost 400. That was my morning. This can kill someone, believe it or not, when you work in the food industry (as i have for mover half of my life), these kinds of things should be second nature. Yall all have headsets on so it’s not like you didn’t hear it yall also have screens everywhere in your kitchen so someone HAD to have read it was sugar free. Unacceptable. Couldn’t even call bc y’all’s phone is disconnected.

Came through and ordered a 10 piece nugget meal. Drive thru didn’t provide a receipt. I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot before trying the fries and they were cold and soggy. Tried to take them back in to get fresh ones and they refused to replace them because I didn’t have a receipt

I ordered through the mobile app, sat in the drive through line for over 30 minutes, once I made it to the pay window to get my receipt the woman was trying to charge me again for what I already paid for through the app. Finally made it to the window to get my order and I had to ask about the strawberry pies I ordered because they ” forgot ” to put them in the bag. Ordered a large coke zero and large fries with one meal and regular unsweet tea and fries with the other meal. The large coke zero was actually a regular coke and the large fries that I ordered was a medium in the bag. I asked about my large fries and the woman at the window said I didn’t order large fries so I showed her my app the I did infact order large fries. By this time I’m already late to get back to work so I just pull off. I WILL NEVER GO BACK RO THIS MCDONALD’S. My order is never right at this place
