One of my favorite places in Baltimore — always a vibe! I love an establishment that’s truly an all-in-one experience. Great food, good drinks, good music, and hookah in the upstairs lounge. The aesthetics are super cute, and the service is always quick and on point.
I’ve been several times, and one of my low-key favorite nights is Thursday with the live band — such a great atmosphere. I’ve tried the branzino, rasta pasta, catfish bites, jerk wings, mac and cheese, gouda mashed potatoes, beef sliders, jerk salmon, lamb chops and sweet & spicy shrimp — all 10/10.
Definitely a loyal customer!

I’m in a group where we are all over the nation, so we meet up once a year in different cities, this year it’s Baltimore. We get there around 8PM, snag all the available tables and get a bottle service booth. The cuisine was excellent from everyone that ordered, my catfish bites and sweet/sour shrimp came out hot and very tasty. The DJ catered to our tastes and as the crowd became younger as the night got later he played more of their music but it was cool. They also have a strolling violinist and strolling MC a real nice touch. At 63 I rarely do clubs but this establishment is really nice…the staff is able and professional…the establishment itself is great looking (the owners spent some money). I’ll tell anyone to go there and I love Baltimore (my first time). A restaurant and classy bar is on the first level and the retractable rooftop club is the second level. Well done.

Checked out The Garden Rooftop for one of my bestie’s birthdays. Went on a Sunday at 7:15 and the dining area was empty for a while, except for us (was game day). There was a lot of people upstairs for their day party. The downstairs is where you dine and you really can’t tell there’s a whole party happening upstairs, which was nice. Service was amazing! Mandy, if you see this, just know I’m always coming back and I hope you’re my waitress/bartender. You made excellent recommendations and made the drinks so good!! We got the Pink 75 (French 75), Strawberrt Kiwi Garden Drop (Lemon Drop), and a Butterscotch Espresso Martini! Drinks were 10/10, and strong.
A lot of times when I order sweet and spicy or bang bang shrimp at restaurants, there’s barely any spice there. Their sweet and spicy shrimp had the perfect level of spice and was so good I almost ordered another one!
We also got the jerk salmon with Gouda mashed potatoes (it came under the salmon) and the 14 oz. grilled ribeye steak and broccolini. The jerk salmon was good but the ribeye was better. I of course couldn’t finish it and was still good the next day.
We went upstairs a for a few minutes to see the lounge. It has a retractable roof and is a hookah lounge. I liked the vibes and music and want to come back to actually stay longer to fully experience it.

Ok, as I pulled up, I was like Instagram failed me, but babeeee it did not disappoint!! Very nice ambience and Byron our server was excellent! We had an amazing time with friends from almost 40 years ❤️. The food was delicious from Bronzino, Catfish, Salmon cakes, and grits. The pancakes were delicious too! The rooftop is a top, not open, but seemed really nice when we walked upstairs to take a peak. It seemed great for a special event. So happy to support a black business!!❤️

Very nice and classy restaurant. Good but expensive food, very attentive and responsive staff. Even though they didn’t have too many cocktail options but overall we enjoyed and had fun.

Everything about this establishment is top tier!! The ambiance is magical and the service from start to finish was 5 ⭐️ Me & a group of friends dined for my birthday celebration, a total of 4 of us and our cocktails, appetizers and entrees were all delicious! Our appetizers came out within minutes hot and flavorful. Our waitresses Kendra was very attentive throughout the night, she knew the menu very well and kept a smile on her face. She even surprised me with a slice of birthday cheesecake! The manager ( Tunde) visited our table with kind words and recommended the 2nd floor lounge area as well. We went on a Friday (2/7) and exotic dancers were there in which we enjoyed! My friend visited twice again since then and she stated that the food and service was excellent again each time. Please visit, I’m not sure why the bad reviews but this place is definitely worth the $ . I must say the atmosphere alone is top tier and worth the price of the experience.

Me and my friends visited this place from DC yesterday expecting to have a great time but we did not. It was my friend’s birthday and we had a table for dinner. The aesthetics are pleasing and very good for pictures but that is one of the very few things good about this place. We ordered 7 cocktails, jerk salmon with mac and cheese, grilled stuffed salmon and spinach, oxtails and two entrees of grilled lamb chops with mashed potatoes. We also had for appetizers two crab deviled egg servings and two braised taco servings. Our entire bill was $527! We were not informed that the water was $10 a bottle if that is the case the waitress should not just be bringing them out and refilling our glasses without mentioning that and asking us first. Not only was the food over priced, with exception to the appetizers which were delicious we absolutely hated our entrees! Our friend who ordered the oxtails had no complaints but the rest of the table highly disliked our food. They do not take back food that you dislike so we just had to deal with it and pay for it. One of my friends did not touch her entree at all and asked for the manager to remove it from the bill so actually our bill was $527 with just one serving of lamb chops! The birthday girl also didn’t get a happy birthday celebration just a piece of cheesecake meanwhile a grown man sitting at the bar received the entire kitchen and waiting staff singing happy birthday to him. Which we also found odd as we mentioned it was her birthday, was told we were going to be taken care of and spent over $500 in this place. The drinks we ordered were okay but they were not strong and after me and two of my friends had two cocktails each we felt exactly how we felt when we first entered the restaurant. Overall I felt that it was a waste of a trip from DC and suggest that whoever is preparing/cooking the appetizers should also takeover the entrees!

This was an extremely nice black owned restaurant. The atmosphere was elegant and classy. The dress code is strict so make sure you read what is allowed and not allowed. Food was tasty. I ordered the steak- it was juicy and big. The BEST part of our night was the service. Byron was amazing!! He was so patient, professional, fun, and just everything. He convinced us to go upstairs and we had an amazing time. I wish we could’ve kept him with us all night. I will be back and I hope he is there to take care of me again. He made my birthday night special

The food was honestly so good. Every dish had flavor, everything was fresh, and you could tell they put real care into what they served. Nothing was bland or thrown together it all tasted seasoned, balanced, and cooked just right. The portions were perfect, the presentation was clean, and the food came out hot, not lukewarm. You know how sometimes you take that first bite and you’re like, “Oh yeah, this is it”? That’s exactly how it was. From the first plate to the last, everything was just good-good. I left full, satisfied, and already thinking about what I want to try next time. Definitely worth it.
