honestly so disappointed. This place was recommended & it turned out to be a waste of my money. I asked for pastel soft baby colors (green & pink) and we got a neon pink and lime green- like???? we then go to have it fixed and we get PURE attitude. because we didn’t understand it. We also Asked for a tres leches, with carmel & nuts + peach filling and it was honestly not good at all. no flavor, no dulce de leche, and so wet it dripped everywhere. dont recommend. especially for the price.

The size may seem small for the price, but the quality fully justifies it. The flavor is exquisite, the cream is smooth, and the cake is perfectly moist. A truly delicious experience — I loved it! ✨

I got a tres leches cake day of for my birthday. The baking is authentic. The prices are SO reasonable, the customer service was superb, and they were so nice!!! The shop is adorable and decorated so cute for valentines. Would 100% go back and will be telling all of my friends about it!!

I searched for Tres Leches cake in the area and saw some good reviews so I thought I’d give it a try and I’m glad I did. The cake was a base in the cooler but then they dressed it up and it was both beautiful and delicious. Approved by the birthday boy who is originally from Mexico. There were other great options and I will definitely find an excuse to go back!

Love everything about this bakery. The pan dulce, the delicious gelatina with fruit, the cakes and the delicious desserts they make all year long! My favorite has to be the gelatina, and I love how every visit everyone is so kind and professional. We have used Juan Pablo’s bakery for years for many occasions and I would recommend them to anyone! The owner Marce is an absolute sweetheart and makes delicious items and all at a great price for her clients! Attached are some of the cakes I have gotten over the years and she also makes awesome little desserts for your events! Recommend to anyone!

I ordered a tres leches cake from Juan Pablo’s Bakery and was quoted $30–$40. When I arrived, the cake was not ready, and I was charged $95. While the cake itself was well-made and nicely decorated, the lack of transparency and nearly threefold price increase felt misleading and unprofessional. I won’t be returning and will look for a bakery that values honesty and clear communication.

Sad, I had high expectations from this bakery. I paid $57 for a cake full (2″) of whipped cream inside. The cake it self was very dry. They recommend it I order the cake “casero” and I was not satisfied. It’s not worth the price. I don’t dare driving all the way to orem again to give them a second chance. On the other hand their service was good. Remember that small businesses need to provide quality work to succeed. If filling up a cake with whipped cream is your standards I’m afraid you are not going to keep costumers
