I’m so pleased they moved uptown, much closer to my job. Excellent spot to grab lunch. I had a savory crepe with spinach, cheese and pesto, it was delicious! Beautifully light, great flavors and not soggy. Jess and the man behind the counter were friendly and funny. I’ll be back!

With a name like French Press Café and Creperie, there are two very obvious things it needs to deliver on, and it really does. There are plenty of unique crepes on the menu, so everyone should be able to find something they like, and the fresh coffee beans are ground and pressed behind the counter. It’s all made to order, and it’s made well. The decor is aptly French, which makes for a nice cozy vibe, and the windows let in a lot of sun. Service was quick and personable, and I’m looking forward to another visit.

We popped in for Saturday brunch and were very pleased with our experience. I had the Bon Voyage crepe with lemon, blueberries and brie, and it knocked my socks off. Hubby enjoyed the Ron Swanson breakfast burrito, and then we split a large french press. Everything was delicious, the coffee was great, service was awesome and the ambiance is nice too. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic coffee. Had the Ron Swanson and it was super tasty and filling. My wife had the bagel egg sandwich and seem to like it. We got cannolis and beignets to go both were mouth wateringly delectable.

The French Press is a hidden gem in downtown Albany. The food there is phenomenal I’ve had most things on the menu and never been disappointed. Coffee, soup, crepes, breakfast this place can do it all and do it well. Highly reccomend the potato leek soup.

My boyfriend and I love it here and have been regulars for a couple years. They are by far my favorite breakfast sandwich in the area and I love coming with my coworkers for lunch. My favorite crepe is the Fig N’ Pig! We have always had consistently great food and great service.

Absolutely fantastic! The crepes are out of this world, rich and delicious! Savory food is also amazing, especially the breakfast potatoes. The service is fast and friendly. Once we had an item left out of our order and one of the people who worked there was kind enough to drive halfway across town to deliver it to us. Could not rate it higher!
