The Flight Center was created out of a need to provide the Craft Beer Consumers a place that they want to come in and enjoy (free wifi, open, a lounge area) and for The Brewers to have a place to showcase their Beer, Wines, Ciders and Meads. We have 48 constantly rotating taps in our lounge and over 800 different Beers, Ciders and Meads in our Bottle Shop. We push to have a wide selection of styles from Saison’s to IPA’s and Stouts to Wilds. We have a commitment to have the best local NH and New England Beer on tap that is available! We strive to provide you with unmatched service and a welcoming environment that will have you continually coming back.

What a neat spot! Our server was great and the atmosphere was laid back and fun! I loved all of the options that were available for the flights. For food, the truffle tots were absolutely incredible! I also ordered a chicken caesar salad that was delicious! I will definitely be back!

I was excited to see the menu it has a lot of items touted as made in house. I ordered the Hot Chicken from Doordash, no issues with that. The selling point for me was the in house made biscuits it came with. Unfortunately, the biscuits were not cooked through I was super disappointed. The Hot Chicken was tasty but it was similar to boneless buffalo wings in flavor except larger in size, my order contained no pickle so it was mostly large buffalo wings. I also ordered the pretzel which was good but the cheese sauce was very grainy like the instant cheese powder. Overall, I was excited by the menu but the execution just didn’t hit the mark for me I would try it again maybe chalk it up to a new cook? The menu was promising but overall disappointing experience.

Staff is always friendly, beer/cider/cocktail options are great. I highly recommend the pizza, it’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I got the chicken bacon ranch and my hubby got the Roni Trio.

Not bad but far from great. Pretty good beer selection. They were out of a fair amount of items for a Friday night no cheese curds, spring rolls and another item or two. Feel like Friday is the night to have all items in house. Pizzas looked good. Disappointed in roast beef special. For $18 I expected more meat and a presentation that did not look thrown together. The meat was a bit tough too. Once again $18 for a sandwich and side very pricey (also $13 for apple crisp!?!? For example the upscale Copper Door has ALL their desserts priced less than that!) and not well executed. Service was just OK friendly server but did not get us plates to share appetizer and had to be asked to get napkins after meals were delivered never did get silverware. To summarize felt like we were at some national chain restaurant with the prices and service miscues. Establishment is still fairly new though and hopefully can work through the challenges of getting off the ground and running,

Always enjoyable to stop in and try something new. This past trip we only had cocktails and a flight of whiskey. Friendly, attentive servers. I will order food next visit. In the past I found they struggled with consistency in the food area. I am hopeful they have worked that out.
