I found this place just in time for lunch, and lucky for me it wasn’t crowded when I got there, but it filled up fast. Then menus had a lot of great looking items, and I went with the Black and Bleu Salad (minus the Buffalo sauce since I’m trying to eat a little better) It was a great salad….I loved the addition of the cooked peppers and onions on it.

I really wanted to love this food, i try not to ding the wait staff- but our waitress did NOT want to waitress today. And i get it- but it wasn’t fun being served by her. Food Looks a lot better than it tastes. The French onion soup needs a lot more broth. The crab cake sandwich gets a10 for appearance-but a solid 3 for taste. The panini had way more bread than meat. Fried Zucchini appetizer was a nice large portion and pretty decent. The Buffalo max and cheese was good as well! Outside dining was nice

First timers here. Very much liked the “vibe”, and clearly observed that this place is a gem in this small community. Awesome choices in the menu – creative, thoughtful and interesting. Server was just great! Very nice, and efficient. Greeter also good- warm and friendly. We ordered the crab, artichoke dip with herb pita as an app. A little heavy on the salt there, but we enjoyed. I’d say the same with the wedding soup. Tasty, but pretty salty, (and I’m usually salting everything). I had the Salmon BLT which looked delicious, but alas, as I find in many restaurants, the salmon was overcooked . Properly cooked Salmon is so juicy and delicious, this wasn’t jerky, but definitely on the dry side.

This place EXCEEDED my expectations! I had the ahi tuna and it was excellent. My friend had the lobster ravioli and it too was delicious. Was not expecting such a delight is Mt Pleasant, PA. Will definitely go back!

My first experience dining at The Filling Station was all good. Michael provide excellent service and took care of our every need. The menu offered a wide range of options, so I asked Michael for a recommendation. I followed his recommendation, and the steak and shrimp Fajitas were delicious. The prices are reasonable, and the selection of craft beer is very broad. As I told Michael, “We will be back.”

Great little bar and grille in the middle of Mount Pleasant on Route 31. Passing through with extended family on a Monday. One of the few restaurants open. Our good fortune. Comfort food, salads, burgers all good. Excellent selection of beers on tap.
